Tuesday,December 07,2021 @ 10:46am I begin with a phone call at Lifelong Pinole,CA. They have the WORST FRONT DESK-CUSTOMER SERVICE/NO RESPECT/ FULL OF ATTITUDE. Your office needs professional experts who provide's excellent customer service! My client was sitting here listening to your representative,wasn't pleased with your phone call at all.. This isn't new..They are to do new hires & promote great care for their patients. I hope someone see to it this gets resolved. Much appreciated...Hire up needs to go undercover making changes!Dr.Kalamaokaaina Niheu is the BEST!!!!Deanna Guitterez provides outstanding support following up on phone calls!Dr.NiheuShe gives great attention to careing for her patients & detailed information towards healthy diet & resources!Kind regards,

The entire office doesn't do anything literally I got a sprain knee in April I still don't know what's going on because Nobody is doing their job rescheduling my appointment without my consent And when I do schedule they don't call the entire office waste people's time and that's not okay at all I have to wait for a phone call on my lunch and they don't even call

poor follow up for appointment with needed specialist. Waited 2 weeks and no referral despite numerous contacts to do so. Very disturbing to not see needed cardiologist after having heart attack. Shame on you

I was referred to Lifelong Medical in Pinole by a friend.Dr. Niheu is kind, caring and professional. She took the time to really understand my medical history as well as my current health concerns. I truly appreciate the care and follow-through of Dr. Niheu as well as the staff at Lifelong Medical.

Dr. Kalama is a wonderful doctor who helped me with a medical issue I wouldn't have ever thought to have. For the longest I've been suffering with what here to be never ending exhaustion which has made overall quality of life low, especially when it comes to my physical fitness. When talking to Dr. Kalama about it, she listened to my feelings of constant exhaustion despite getting long hours of sleep. When she examined me, she suggested that I might be suffering from sleep apnea and referred me for a sleep apnea test. I was skeptical at first, but went in for the test just because my exhaustion was killing me. The test results  came back showing I do have sleep apnea, and was given a CPAP. Today I can't imagine life without it, when traveling it goes where I go. My life has dramatically changed for the better because of it. My fitness levels have increased, general mood is better, there even been improvements in performance in the bedroom and it's all thanks to Dr. Kalama's willingness to listen to me as a patient, and knowledge of medical treatment to make me more healthy. I'm not one for leaving yelp reviews, but Dr. Kalama's diagnosis is what put me on the path to living a better, happier life.

I came in for a deep cleaning. I was promptly seated, professionally cared for. It was about as pleasant as a dental office visit can be

I can only speak for the dental side of things but the service I received was excellent. No long waits when you arrive for your appointment and treatment was provided promptly. The staff were professional and accommodating. I was late due to traffic for my appointment once and they gave me a 10 minute leeway to which I was able to make on time.

Dr Kalamaoka is an awful, unprofessional, and rude doctor. For my first visit, she sent me out for multiple tests and didn't discuss any of my results during my next appointment with her. I found out that she didn't even send one of my samples out. She spent more time looking at another persons test results during my appointment than answering my questions because she "didn't have time". I asked her if they were my results and she was so condescending when she said, "DID WE DO ANY TESTS ON YOU? COME ON! NO, WE DIDN'T!!!" Then I mentioned that she took my samples (which she left in storage) and even my vitals and then she said, "Would we get results from that? Really? Really?" I understand that she is the only doctor and the clinic is very busy but an appointment doesn't seem to yield any benefits to the patient.

I am impressed! I recently switched my insurance and Lifelong is one of providers. Since it's so close to our house I thought to give it a try. I went skeptical and came out extra impressed! Dr Kalamaoka is an angel no joke! She was genuinely interested to get to know me and my concerns as a new patient. She asked so many great questions and explained everything in a way to help me to see my problem in a more clear way. I haven't had such a deep connection and trust for a Dr in so long. Most of the other places it's business! In and out! I truly saw that she cares and she is also expert in so many areas. So happy to find her.

The most amazing experience not joking. They have a dentist area and the dentis does not hurt at all i had to thank her and i been telling everyone about her she is amazing. The doctors are amazing. And they have accupunturist and she is also amazing i go here for everything even the receptionists remember my appointments and which ones they are and thats pretty hard because i go there for primary care dentist and accupuncture and they have all helped me out so much.
