UPDATE: I had a really nice voicemail from this doctors office asking to get another chance and to apologize for the trouble. The person was open and honest and if I did not already have a surgeon booked to fix my foot I would most certainly call Dr. Colliers office and take them up on their polite and professional offer. Way to go Team Collier!

I sure hope Dr. Collier is really great at his craft because trying to get an appointment thru his office staff is more painful than walking around with a broken toe. After calling 6 times, leaving a VM twice, I finally reached a human to book an appointment. I gave all my contact info, told them I need surgical repairs and wanted to see the Doc asap. "Next open appointment is December". So I asked about cancellations (it was raining that week) and if they can call with a cancelled appointment as I live close by. Then, the line was disconnected. Crap. I called and called, left VM's... no call back. Lots of rain so I'm sure their are drop outs.My walkaway is that they don't need any more clients because they did absolutely nothing to get me in the book. Congrats on having such a successful biz, really - that's tough to do. I wish you well.Once again, the local central coast doctors are too difficult to work with so I'm headed to UCLA in Santa Monica where the professional office staffs work with great doctors.

Dr. Collier is amazing. I developed tendonosis in both my Achilles' tendons. I had pain in and humps on the backs of my heels. I saw another podiatrist first and he offered no relief, no treatment and informed me the humps on my heels were never going away. A year later I could not walk more than a short distance without pain and extreme tightening in my heels and the calves of my legs. I was used to walking 2 miles a day five days a week. I then found Dr. Collier. Dr. Collier was so positive, knowledgeable and personable. After examining me and the appropriate imagery Dr. Collier thought the possibility of surgery on my tendons might be something that would be necessary. Instead Dr. Collier wanted to try noninvasive treatment first so he devised a treatment plan for me. It worked!! No surgery!! The pain and tightness left, the humps on the back of my heels went down, one hump went completely away. I now a year's day a half later still enjoy the relief and walk 2 miles a day 5 days a week! I am so grateful to Dr. Collier.

Dr Collier Replaced my entire left ankle one year ago..Today i walk normal and my new ankle feels wonderful--i have zero pain-the ankle feels like its normal with full range of motion--ive been hiking and walking on the beach every day..Dr Collier is a very nice person..Very personable and answers all my questions with compassion and so easy to talk too..His staff is top notch the ladies are so nice and allways greet me with a smile.

Dr. Collier is a skilled and compassionate professional. I fell and fractured my foot, which required surgery. Dr. Collier was able to work me into his busy surgical schedule so that I could attend my son’s wedding a week later. Three weeks post-op, I am healing nicely. The kind doctor listens deeply, taking my needs and concerns seriously. His office staff is efficient, responsive and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Collier.

I was referred to Dr. Collier from ER. I had two appointments with him. He almost spent one hour each visit explaining his diagnosis and answering my questions thoroughly. Very professional and at the same time very personable, friendly, and kind. I thought l am talking to a friend that l knew for a while. People in the office were very courteous and helpful. I am extremely happy and satisfied.

When I called to make an appointment the front office staff did not answer the phone.You have to leave a message with the voicemail.. I left a message and nobody called me back. I had to go in the office to setup an appointment. My appointment was for 10:30 am and I was 15 minutes early and the reception area was full of patients...I had to wait over an hour to be called back into a room. Then the Dr. only spent 10-15 minutes with me. It completely ruined my morning and I left that office completely frustrated. I will be seeing another podiatrist in the near future!
