Regardless of what he says, there is no follow up or follow through. You are on your own. The office front desk is even less helpful.

Dr. Ruiz always been a very good Dr. but dropped me for "Concierge services" to the tune of $2000+/year. I was always an excellent patient with insurance. Showed up on time and followed his advice. I really took up little of his time and made no demands. I was really disappointed I had to find a new physician.

He is a good listener, but also knows his stuff and has good advice. He has always treated me and my husband well, accurately, and in a timely manner. He is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ruiz has been my and my husband's doctor for over 20 years. I have referred many friends to him also. He has been an excellent doctor as well as a caring person. I couldn't have been more blessed by his expertise.

I don't think he is honest as he billed me for an ekg when I was there for a mediocre wellness visit. Then he had the gall to suggest that I should join his concierge service so I would be treated better. He also filled out a Physician Order for Life-Sustaining Treatment for me without talking to me and sent to me to sign. I have transferred to a provider that I can trust.

Dr Ruiz not only brings his expert wisdom into the examination room, but he asks questions and listens to my concerns. He explains the reason why he will or will not prescribe certain medications or procedures.

I had a few doctors in my lifetime and I never got comfortable with any until I found Dr. Ruiz. He has been a great doctor. He takes the time to listen and gives his time to help determine the best course of action to help me get better when I have a medical issue. He goes out of his way and at times even calls me personally. I am very satisfied with my physician. I have been seeing Dr. Ruiz since 2007. I do not plan on changing my doctor as long as he can take me as his patient.
