Richard Norman's Online Review Report Card

I was impressed with Dr. Norman's ability to diagnose my problem so quickly. He was very thorough and seemed to understand and go over all of my options. He was very comfortable to talk to and I felt he listened to me and answered my questions quickly. His staff was very nice and friendly, yet professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Norman to anyone who needs a podiatrist.

Within 15 minutes, pain that I had been suffering with was gone. completely. Hours later, nothing. Treatment did not hurt. Thank you Dr. Norman! I am so glad I found you.

Dr. Norman and his staff are the absolute best. My other treating Dr. Left me misdiagnosed and mistreated. After suffering for one year, in my first visit, Dr. Norman diagnosed, treated me and I literally walked out of his office pain free. I still enjoy that relief. His staff offered t-shirts and gave us a Panera gift certificate too. I wish I had found him one year ago. Most importantly, he spoke of hope when I was there. I was impressed with Dr. Richard J. Norman, DPM. I had been told that he was very good and knew what he was doing. I was a new patient and I was able to get an appointment in a week. The online system they use for those of us who want to fill out paperwork online was the smoothest, well-thought out program I have ever worked with. It did not crash, it was easy to understand and like I said - it did not crash. The office staff was cheerful and polite. Dr. Richard J. Norman, DPM worked on two of my toe nails and he was fast and efficient. He cut them way back and left them nicely buffed down so I did not have any thick, sharp edges with which to snag my socks or stab my husband. I was not forced to have any x-rays taken and I was not told to come back at any certain time. He told me to give him a call if I needed work done on them again. I had been told many good things about Dr. Richard J. Norman DPM from neighbors and friends and I agree with what I heard. He knows what he is doing and he is kind and gentle on top of that.

Pleasant staff. Clear diagnosis and clear options. I had never been to a podiatrist before and appreciated Dr. Norman's approach.

Skilled gentle caring

My husband had some foot pain, so we went to the Good Feet Store. After 2 months of their treatment he was worse than before. Could no longer take walks. We went to see Dr Norman, & he fixes his feet in less than an hour, sold us some reasonalbly priced inserts, & my husband is now pain free, & walking every day.

I highly recommend Dr. Norman. Dr. Norman didn't rush the appointment. He answered my questions and gave me some good advice. His staff is professional and it's very easy to get an appointment.

I can not express how grateful I am to Dr. Norman. He treated my "awful" discomfort in my foot that had been ongoing for several months. Besides his treatment, he took the time to explain my issue, and seemed to understand my situation. His staff were very professional and office set-up was great. I highly recommend Dr. Norman.

I went to Dr. Norman for a corn on the side of my toe that was very tender. I had been told by another doctor that I needed surgery, but decided to get a second opinion. I am glad I did. Dr. Norman did not opt for surgery as the first choice, but suggested less aggressive treatment and surgery only if this does not work. I really appreciated Dr. Norman's candor and professionalism. He also has a nice sense of humor.
