I simply cannot say enough good things about the care I received from 1&1 Home Health. After my mom having hip replaced, we had no idea what to expect or how she was going to recover. Having a service like this come to your home is a lifesaver. Nurse Ashley was terrific and the PT was amazing. She always took the time to answer any questions we had (and there were many), and she always seemed to know exactly what mom would be able to handle that day. I was blown away.There is only one reason mom's recovery went so smoothly, and it was because of them. We are forever grateful.

I want to thank you in a special way for taking care of my grandfather and coming to clean him up. You did a great job! This is not to flatter you but that's the whole truth you did your job with ease and grace and with great love and care. Thanks to you and also to nurse Ashley. I will definitely recommend your service to my friends and relatives.

My family is very grateful to 1&1 Home Health. Leyna, home care nurse, came for over a month to treat my mother's pressure sores in resident living. At a difficult time she was kind and accommodating. She kept me updated following each visit and even helped us by removing stitches after mom took a fall. Staff at agency are helpful if I needed assistance. Thank you.

My father has been on services with this company for several months The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses and therapist are efficient and on time with appointments. The office staff is professional and is always willing to answer our questions. I would highly recommend this agency to take care of your friends and family.

Ashley and her team at 1&1 Home Health have done an excellent job providing care for my mom. My mother has proven to be a bit of a challenging case, but she and her dedicated staff have navigated the ups and downs with grace and compassion. Sally Yean in particular has been a god send. She seems to have the magic touch when it comes to making my mom feel safe, comfortable and calm and I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond the call of duty to accomplish this. I have seen a marked improvement in my mom’s mood and demeanor and I am so grateful to the team for their part in making this happen. Your diligence, perseverance and care have not gone unnoticed – thank you for all that you do!!

When I first called 1 on 1 Home Health, I knew they would provide outstanding care for my dad. And, they did. I felt rushed when I found out I had to find a home health place since I had never done any research on this. Well, I kind of knew the day would come, but I had not anticipated for it to come so fast. Anyways, I called a few other home health places around the area, but the voices of the responders felt so cold and rude. They kept trying to rush the process and I ended up hanging up. I eventually came across 1 & 1 Home Health, and the responder was just so kind and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I scheduled an appointment to have a nurse meet with my dad the next day. The nurse was also so great! She assured me that my dad was in great hands, and I just felt the same way. The nurse always made sure that my dad was comfortable and clean and always listened to his requests. The nurse also always kept in touch with me to make sure he’s fine. 1 on 1 Home Health did a great job, and although I don’t normally take the time to review places, I’d gladly do it for them.

I have had the chance to work with and meet the 1&1 Home Health team in Placentia and they are incredible. I am an administrator at a local skilled nursing facility and would highly recommend their services. If you are looking for home health services for a loved one, look no further!

I can't say enough about Linda the social worker and her team oat 1&1 Home Health. They provided care for my mother from the time when she only needed a few hours a week all the way to full time care when she fell and then became ill. They stepped in with tremendous accommodation and professionalism at every stage of my mother's care giving needs and did it with kindness, humor and understanding. My sister and I, who both live out of town, tag teamed it as much as we could with our jobs but ultimately needed help and 1&1 Home Health were just that, angels of the highest order. They helped us come up with a good plan, communicated with us at every turn and were just the most kind and caring individuals I could ever wish for in caring for my mother.When Linda came on board and said to us that they would care for our mother as though she were her own mom, I knew we had the right person to help us. I would recommend 1&1 Home Health to anyone who needs even just a little bit of help with an aging parent as well as full time care for a parent who wants to be at home.

All of the people who took care of my mother were excellent, kind, caring and loving. Your staff were very patient with our family when you going through difficulty time. Thank you for everything.
