Useless urgent care. Have no x ray machine. Tried to send me to different location 20 minutes away. Waste of time to not be able to do everything on site

Experience was great. I was seen on time for my appointment time. Nychele PA listened and discussed my symptoms and came up with a well thought out care plan. She took her time with me and I did not feel rushed. My family and I have been to this location several times and have always been happy with the service as well care plans provided.

Really good and very professional. I didn’t have much of a complaint. Even though they don’t take my insurance they offered to give me an address of an urgent care that does.

I was extremely impressed with the care my mother received at Carbon Health. PA Nychele was just fantastic! She has such a good energy and you can tell she really cares for her patients. All the staff were kind, thorough, and we never felt rushed. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience. I had a very painful ingrown toe nail and PA Nychele literally took her time and made the removal pain free and fun to see how it’s done. Definitely recommend people to go there if something is wrong.
