I was suffering chronic lower back pain for about 10 years that ranged from mild to sharp when holding things (like a baby) to bending over picking up objects. Once in a while I would get significant pain that would last about a month which impaired me from walking and sleeping, or pretty much doing anything. After seeing my back specialist, I decided to put a plan together to see if I could turn things around. I started to work out, take slow activating pain medication that also helps with swelling, and acupuncture. I never tried acupuncture before this but I believe it helped with the healing. After trying a few acupuncturist, I came across Dr. Ryu and I am grateful to have found him. What I appreciate is that he is very patient and explains his treatments, shows a caring nature, and he is very proactive. He used methods such as moxibustion, ear seeds, electro therapy, cupping/blood extraction, and needles to treat my back. After about 2-3 months of one or two visits per week, I found a noticeable improvement in my range of motion and pain. I would say that I am pain free now, with just mild stiffness in the morning and at night, which is a huge improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Ryu!

Dr. Ryu is amazing! I went to see him desperate as I had two failed ivf embryo transfers. I had one embryo remaining and it was my last chance to have a second baby. He was very knowledgeable with infertility treatments. I followed his instructions and saw him a few times a week leading up to the embryo transfer and saw him immediately after. He immediately knew I was pregnant and he was right. My transfer was a success! My baby girl is now 4 months old and I owe everything to him and my reproductive endocrinologist. This place is excellent. The doctor has really really helped me with aches and pains that I had been feeling for a long time. He is very patient and takes the time to explain why I am in the pain that I’m in and what I can do to help myself going forward. So appreciative 🙏.

I was suffering from serious headache that was caused by sinusitis which I could not find a solution from regular hospital other than getting prescribed antibiotics every so often. Finally, I decided to give acupuncture a try for my chronic sinusitis. Within only few sessions, my symptoms were fading away only because of thorough care from Dr. Ryu. Dr. Ryu did such a great job helping me regain some mobility and lose muscle tension in my right hip. After only a few weeks of treatments, my symptoms were gone and I have felt much better since.
