I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Marshburn. He was recommended to me by my endocrinologist. He's a calm person and takes his time with you. Ive been very happy with his care of me.

I don't understand how they got a 5 star rating ?? My eye appointment was back on November 18th , the Doctor said I needed to improve the strength of my reading glasses , after the exam I sat down with his assistant and picked out new frames, at which I was charge the additional amount that the insurance didn't cover $108.00 . Weeks later I was called to come in and check out the new frames ordered . They were to wide for my face width, so they said they would order new one's that were narrower .After a few more weeks I was called to re-fit the second pair of frames, these were except- able and they said they would put the lenses in and call me to pick them up .It's been 10 weeks since my initial appointment and I still don't have my new glasses. I wish I could give a zero rating , but not possible .

I am very happy that I was referred to Dr. Marshburn and his office. Everyone is extremely professional and nice. Dr. Marshburn is actually a doctor that spends time with you, explains everything, and if you have a question, HE actually calls you back himself. WOW!

As a patient for six years, Dr. Marshburn has provided excellent care and given caring advice on the condition of my eyes. He has a staff that provides thorough examinations to assist the doctor in making the best decisions in caring for my eyes.

My husband had an emergency situation with his left eye and Dr. Marshburn MD saw him right away, he examined his eye and immediately referred him to a retina specialist for emergency surgery. My husband also has cataracts and Dr. Marshburn MD comes highly recommended for cataract surgery. We will be going back to him for that. Very friendly efficient office staff!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY EVEN OTHER DOCTORS, COMPASSIONATE, KIND, THOUGHTFUL, VERY PROFESSIONAL DR./STAFF ARE JUST A FEW OF MANY MORE WORDS I COULD GO ON DESCRIBING MY EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR, CHRISTINE AND OTHERS. I HAD URGENT SITUATION, GETTING INCREASING WORSE. CALLED AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO GET ME IN WITH SUCH SHORT NOTICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A 10 STAR EXPERIENCE. LOCATED NEXT DOOR TO PLACENTIA-LINDA HOSPITAL, IF YOU WANT A DR AND STAFF YOU CAN COUNT ON AND WHO CARES LOOK NO FURTHER!!

I have been going to Dr Marshburn for many years and so have my family members. Everyone in the office is very friendly and willing to help and answer questions. Dr Marshburn takes the time and does look at you not the computer when he is discussing your concerns and his concerns regarding the health of your eyes and always willing to give samples or coupons for drops to see how they work for you they are expense Overall he is a great Caring Doctor!
