I was looking for a GI specialist with solid experience who could confidently address my concerns. Dr. Yip listened carefully, addressed my concerns thoroughly, and was very reassuring throughout the visit. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
