Very caring Dr Von Ins is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and her staff is great as well. Responsive, no long wait for appts, and Dr Von Ins is incredibly helpful to find root cause for proper diagnosis and resolution.

Great all Dr. And office staff I was initially taking my senior mom to see Dr. Von Ins. She has lots of patience for all of my mom’s questions and concerns. Her bedside manner is extremely commendable and kind. When my insurance changed, it was hard leaving my PCP and St. Jude after over 25 years, but it was a no brainer to switch over to Dr. Von Ins’ office. Thankfully she took my new insurance. My 2 daughters, in their 20’s, also see her. My oldest has special needs and I was so pleased with how much extra care Dr. Von Ins gave her. The entire office staff, Ashley, Monique, Myra, Jessica, and Lucia are all extremely pleasant and professional. I never feel rushed and they try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. Although we are still new to her office as patients, we know Dr. Von Ins and her entire staff will take great care of our needs.

New Patient Dr. Von ins saw me as a follow up from ER because of a high heart rate. She spent an extraordinary amount of time with me reviewing my medical history, medications, etc. I found her very easy to talk with as well as professional and caring. I would highly recommend her as a family practice physician.

Very knowledgeable doctor. Listens to concerns and gets you the best care possible including seeing a specialist. She takes her time, doesn’t rush. I’m so grateful to have her as my PCP

Her staff is so friendly and courteous. The new office in Placentia is soooo beautiful! Dr. Von Ins is so thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. Love her!!

My husband and I love her, we miss her so much, she is a good doctor, friendly and professional and listen to you.

Initially I thought Dr. Von Ins was a great doctor. I don't know what has happened with her in the last year, but her care for patients doesn't seem what it used to be. I was very disappointed with her care and concern for my husband. Didn't seem to want to get in to issues that needed to be addressed about his care, which SHE previously suggested. I thought she was genuine, but when it came down to it she dropped the ball. I think the whole office needs extensive staff training. Including management. I never had a lot of problems with attitude personally from the office staff, but I have heard the way they speak to other patients. I just received a letter that Dr. Von Ins has left our insurance and will no longer be our PCP. Frankly, I'm relieved.

First of all, Ernie the guy at the front desk is extremely rude! I thought it was just to me over the phone, but when I went in to see the doctor & heard him on the phone with other patients, I realized that's how he treats everyone! Anyhow, I made an appt over a month ago to see Dr. Von, originally when I had made this appt, I thought I was coming in to follow up with my symptoms that I have been having for alopecia (hair loss) which has been getting worse. I also had mentioned that I needed a refill for my Xanax prescription because I occasionally get anxiety. She gave me such a hard time to refill my prescription and lowered my dosage. Mind you it's my first time seeing her & she didn't even know that I had anxiety because I lost my son a few years ago & went thru severe depression. I was trying to let her know that my alopecia was getting worse (I even tried to show her and she stopped me!) and that I was feeling tired all the time. And her response was "we are not here to talk about your alopecia, today we are talking about your anxiety, if you want to talk about your alopecia, you'd have to schedule another appt for that!" I was so shocked at her response, I thought to myself... are you fking kidding me! What, wait for another month, drive 30 min to schedule another appt to talk about my other ongoing symptom??? She didn't even seem to have a genuine concern about why I felt tired lately or seem to even care about my hair loss. She was rushing me and was adamant about not bringing up my other symptoms. Almost like saying I'm not getting paid for that right now so schedule another appt so I can get paid for that. No fks given but I told her I wasn't coming back ever again! And that I would never schedule an appt with her! Don't go here... there are way better doctors out there that actually care about their patients health and not just to get paid!

Front staff - Ernie is very rude! I booked an appt a month ago for a follow up for my anxiety & alopecia. Dr barely wanted to Refill my Xanax & lowered my dosage, mind you i take this Bcus i lost my son a few years ago. I tried mentioning my alopecia, wouldn’t even take a look at it & wanted me to schedule another appt for that. Did not take her time with me, she seemed rushed! She didn’t have a genuine concern for my Health or about any of the other symptoms I was experiencing!
