I just recently went to see Dr. Von Ins and her staff was so pleasant and checked me in so quickly. The office was so clean, airy and updated. I would definitely go back and recommend my family to go there.

Her staff is so friendly and courteous. The new office in Placentia is soooo beautiful! Dr. Von Ins is so thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. Love her!!

I am so happy that I found Dr Von Ins as a primary care physician. She is so sweet and friendly. Dr Von Ins took her time to get my whole medical history and was very thorough with her exam. Her staff was also nice and friendly. The office is gorgeous and clean. I highly recommend Dr Von Ins to all my family and friends

We have had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Von Ins as our family physician for several years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. Additionally, Dr. Von Ins is attentive, thorough in her assessments, and skillful. She cares about her patients and genuinely wants to help them. Whenever we go to her office, she addresses ALL of our needs at the same appointment. Thankfully, she recently moved to another office in Placentia where the office staff is so courteous and professional. We highly recommend Dr. Von Ins! Her new office is located at 1041 East Yorba Linda Blvd, Suite 306, Placentia 92870. The office number is 714 577 9500.

Last time I was seen in Dr. Von Ins office she was out on maternity leave, I didn't know she was going to be out. I would have appreciated warning email or letter. The Dr. they have filling in had no bedside manner and very rude. I went in with a skin issue and she diagnosed me with SCABIES. She gave me a medication that gave me a chemical burn and then she and the office refused to return my calls with the issue would not go away. I finally when to the hospital after being in pain for weeks. They told me it wasn't scabies but a simple rash, they put me on an over the counter allergy med and it went away. For months I tried to contact Dr. Von Ins for this other doctors name and why she would put me through that much pain and stress but I get no answers instead they have a collection company come after me to paid for the visit made my life nightmarish for weeks. I tried talking to them but since they won't return my calls this is my only way of communicating with them.
