Dr Chung is an excellent Dr. Her nurse Maria is rude and sarcastic as well as her front office person. It’s unfortunate these two people are still there. They both have no people skills and have a habit of rolling their eyes at people . It’s so unprofessional.Thank goodness I finally found a new Dr office . Didn’t want to deal with these rude ladies.

She has been my physician for a couple of years now. Today I called for a phone appointment because I think I might have Covid. I got an appointment and they bumped it up to earlier because it might be Covid with chest pains. She listened to my concerns and symptoms and she had me come into the parking lot. She came out in gear and gave me a Covid test and listened to my breathing. She is extremely thorough and listens to your concerns. She's amazing.

My mom constantly has to wait approximately an hour after her scheduled appointment for Dr. Chung to come. This has happened multiple times and I understand if you're running late because you have other patients but she didn't even apologize at all. And trying to get a call returned to is ridiculous. Front desk girl needs to get her attitude checked.

Dr. Chung was quick and thorough before.. But now, if you like waiting in the room for over an hour then come here.  I've waited 1 hour and 20 min for a check up and told she was coming.  NEVER again will I come here and neither should any of YOU.  Find another doctor that is prompt to your assortment appointment. Plus the medical assistants seems incompetent and seem like they don't like there job.

I can never get anyone to answer the phone! Sometimes it will take me 30  tries before someone answers. This is so frustrating and such bad customer service! The office is also very outdated.

Worst office staff ever!!!!Originally had to call 8 times to even reach someone to make an appointment. Got a bill in the mail for an annual physical- which is covered 100% by my insurance. Called the office 15+ times to question the bill and left voicemails over the course of 4 months before receiving a call back!! I talked to billing and they said I had to talk to the dr office.Leticia from dr office said he didnt come in for a physical, came in for HBP. WELL, my husband isnt a dr- and cant self diagnosis himself- how would he know he had it?! Had to come in as a physical and then discovered HBP. Billing then proceeded to argue and said he should have came back for a physical. No one ever said, we didn't perform your physical- come back for a physical. I told her this is horrible service and communication, and that we would not return. She said "believe me, dr has lots of patients and a bad review or service doesn't matter." Well then, there you go! Come here if you want to be treated this way.

Wow, I thought I'm the only patient who have had issues with the rude staff here.It seems like other patients have had the same bad experience as I have had.Just a word of advice to the Drs, if your staff continue to be non responsive, irresponsible and rude, you will loose most your patients!!!

We have been going to Dr Chung for a few years, but these last 9 months...  I leave voicemails and they never respond.  I need to get a blood test, and they won't submit the paperwork.  After a couple of months of weekly ignored phone messages (they NEVER answer), I had to go in to the office lobby and just not leave to get a form for a blood test - she wouldn't renew medicine without it, then wouldn't submit it.  I've been trying to get a COVID antibody test for 8 months, and she has on multiple occasions been told by me and the lab folks that she is miscoding it, but she keeps resubmitting the same thing that she knows is wrong.I don't ask for much from a doctor, just basic competence.  I suspect much of this is staff not answering the phone or relaying messages, but the doctor is ultimately responsible for her staff.  Just utterly frustrated.

Being a healthcare worker myself, I was disappointed to see lack of use of gloves and hand washing. The MA/Nurse did not use gloves or wash hands in front of us which is a standard practice at all facilities seeing patients especially that it decreases the spread of microbials. I would not be returning to this clinic ever again. The receptionist was ok too. The time it took for the wait for theMA/CNA to help my mom with the procedure was ridiculous.

Love Dr. Chung she nice, friendly and efficient. Been going to her for years.  The office staff is just ok.  Been calling for 3 days to get blood results but no one calls back. Very disheartening.
