Dr. Tong has been my primary physician for 14 + years. He has been very instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. Goal number one. Becoming 79 years old, I'm 78 now. The only think I can say, Thank you.

Honest and Knowledgeable. Will listen to even the most rambling list of symptoms and address them the better then most. Will always give straight answers. First doctor I've had that takes appointments in the late afternoon, as well.

Chew rocks! And, I am CERTAIN. You feel the same about me. I believe in my personal freedom and these guys are still listening to Faucci ,CDC and all that ho hum science. This office is a bad fit for any freedom loving patriots in El Dorado County.

Fantastic doctor and staff. Easy to talk to, open to thoughts, will give honest feedback with additional reasoning and will thoroughly check into concerns. He or staff will provide you with test results as soon as they are available and keep things upbeat. Quick to get us in if needed. Quick to get us scheduled for services outside their office. My family greatly appreciates the whole crew.

This man is very very rude and condescending. He’s arrogant and argumentative. When he didn’t recognize my previous pcp, he said “I don’t even know that dude and I can see why he isn’t practicing medicine anymore”. No one ever said that he wasn’t going to moving to a new group, but that’s not the point. My appointment was at 10:45 and I didn’t even see him until about 11:40!!!!!! He is absolutely horrible!! Don’t waste your time!

So thankful for Dr Tong and his staff! Always has same day appointments for my urgent needs and is wonderful about getting my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Thank goodness I finally found a great practice.

Dr. Tong is an average physician. No real bedside manner, antiquated notetaking process, doesn’t seem educated on the most current medications or treatment options available for chronic ailments. He is a nice man but not a great doctor. His staff, in particular his office manager, very unprofessional. Overall, not a good experience!
