If you can get in, you might have good service.  My daughter, who was visiting from college was referred to them by the Emergency Room Doctor.  However, when I called, they refused to see her because she did not have a referral from her primary care doctor (who is near her college).  The lady on the phone. while perky and friendly, had absolutely no interest in assisting us.  As a mother, it is frustrating to see your child in severe pain, finally need to go to ER, and then not be able to follow the instructions of the ER doctor.  The fact that the ER Doctor put this follow-up on our After Visit Instructions, with this Dr.'s Name simply was not good enough.

This is a review for Robert Chase, MD.  I saw him yesterday.  From the start of the visit with the folks at the front desk to the initial intake by the medical assistant to the very kind and thorough evaluation by Dr. Chase I was really happily surprised at the consistent professional and kind presence in the office.  Dr. Chase was cordial, relaxed, organized in his thinking and sharing of medical information with me, considerate of my questions and unhurried.  He gave me a thorough evaluation and recommended I be seen by another specialist and he offered to set up the referral.  He also washed his hands when he came in, a practice so many doctors and medical staff have given up when they started using gloves.  I wish all my medical contacts could be like this one.Thank you.Patty Caramagno

I was hesitant to address my hearing loss, but finally decided to make an appt. I saw Dr Michele Throp for my evaluation to determine what solution would be best for me. Dr Throp was extremely helpful and thorough with discussing all options and what would be the best fit for me. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm so glad I saw Dr Throp as she helped me make a significant improvement in my everyday life. I would strongly recommend Dr Throp to anyone looking to improve their hearing.

Just got my OTICON OPN hearing aids and my life has changed! I can hear, I can hear, I can EVERYTHING!  I haven't heard crickets in decades, they are a beautiful thing. Dr. Mark Payne and the crew at MEnt&HC are the best. I am extremely pleased and look forward to having a long termed relationship with them. Dr. Payne is thorough, sincerely sensitive of my needs, professional, personable and just plain awesome. This is one Dr.'s appointment that I will continue to look forward to.

I had the opportunity to bring my mom to Marshall ENT & Hearing Center for a hearing evaluation and fitting. Dr. Mark Payne, who performed the screening, was very kind and patient with explaining the process and findings. She was presented with all the great options and fitted with devices that were right for her lifestyle. Audiologist Michelle Throp helped mom with her follow up consultation and adjustments. Both audiologists were excellent and I am confident she will get great care here.

I'm delighted with my hearing aids; diagnosed & recommended by Marshall Hearing Center. The quality is great, with a vast improvement in hearing & comprehending, especially in my business environment. They're almost invisible & nobody realizes that I have hearing aids.Additionally, the after-sales service is excellent, with replacement parts delivered to me promptly. Mark Payne took care of me with outstanding care & service!
