I was at Playa Vista primary care location for my appointment today. Unfortunately, they refused to see me for my injection because I refused to take off my N95 mask. I was willing to wear the provided mask on top of my N95 but unfortunately there manager in charge today (Tasha) did not accept that and refused to let me in and cancelled my appointment.I have been into Playa Vista and two other cedar Sinai locations during COVID and I have been always able to get inside by wearing the provided mask on top of my own N95 mask. I asked for a written rule showing that I have to take off my own mask, but I was told that I will receive it in my cedar Sinai portal, which I have not yet. It seems to be just Tasha's decision to not administer me to my appointment and randomly enforced. I do not recommend this location.

My experience with this group was very poor. It was very difficult to get a hold of them to schedule an appointment. After waiting on hold for an hour, I was given an appointment in the wrong department were I was forced to pay for an appointment that I did not need or ask for. I'm not sure if it was fraud or incompetence but the result is the same.

Friend doctor. Standard care. Very friendly check-in staff. The doctor listened closely and that was reflected in her notes which were shared with me 4 days later, along with the result of my blood test.
