Really had a very bad experience with the doctor and her staff in Pleasant hill. I drove a long distance for the appointment and a little late because of an accident on the road. They showed no consideration and cancelled our appointment after talking to the doctor. And the staff behaviour was so rude. Not at all going back.

She gives good time and listens patiently but she is very unsure about her diagnosis making skills. Sent me many times for getting x rays- sonography, ECG for my infant merely on the basis of suspect for my healthy child. As parents we had to go through lot of stress if doctor keeps making wrong diagnosis and get your child though radiations and testing numerous times.

We absolutely loved Dr. Alice. She was patient and kind with our son and gave us the best advice. She really helped me as a first time mom figure out what was important. She was supportive of co sleeping and baby led weaning. I am sad we moved and had to switch!

I was very unhappy with my visit and would not recommend Dr. Alice Brock-Utne to parents of teenage children. She disrespected me in front of my child and did it in a way that made her look like the good guy. She clearly wants what is best for her and her doctor friends, not children.

Fantastic bedside manner and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Brock really helped with my newborn - she knew what was going to happen before it did - kept me very well prepared.
