Dr. Im is our pediatrician. We feel so lucky having her care for our two little ones. She is very warm and knowledgeable. The office is well run and they utilize video conferencing well to determine if we really need to come into the office for an issue.

Dr Im is amazing! She has been my children's pediatrician since my first born in 2013. I remember meeting her before giving birth the first time and she walked me through all my questions and concerns as a first time mom. She always is kind and straightforward and let's you know what to expect as milestones approach. The whole staff is kind and friendly and we would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing pediatrician. We are about to have our 3rd baby and I know this next one will get the same amount of love and care she has shown my girls over the years.

Normally, the wait time is short. (and its never long). She is a great communicator and very skilled at her work.

She is thorough and knowledgeable. Its a wonder to watch her work; she is obviously very skilled. At our first visit, I could tell she was different than my son's past Doctors; And then she started caring for my daughter (who hated Doctors) and the magic was obvious. it is hard to put into words...she is just better at it...and I feel confident my children are in good hands.
