Dr Curtis Raskin has been my dermatologist for many years. Unfortunately for me, years of sun abuse in my early years has become problematic in my later years, and I have developed a few serious skin conditions as a result. Dr Raskin has always known exactly the right treatment to resolve these issue as they occur. I even have entrusted my beloved 95 year old mom to his care when she has any skin issues. In my opinion there is no dermatologist better than Dr Raskin. Thank you Dr Raskin for being the best and I highly recommend his practice for your skin care and treatment.

Caring, knowledgeable, highly trained. A great doctor! I have been seeing Dr. Raskin for over 15 years. I now take my elderly mother and my sister to see him since their move to Northern California. He caught a serious problem on my mother's skin and took a biopsy. He sent her to a very fine surgeon. He is very generous with refills, so I don't have to keep calling his office for another script. Dr. Raskin is the best!

Waited over an hour from my appointment time, and the doctor never came into the room. Had to walk out and leave since it was in the middle of the workday and no one came to give an update.

I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience at this office was so unprofessional and disrespectful that I feel compelled to warn others. I had a 3:30 PM appointment with Dr. Raskin at the Pleasant Hill location. I arrived on time and was brought into an exam room within a few minutes. After someone took my basic information, I was asked to change into a gown and wait for the doctor. And wait I did--for over an hour. After 45 minutes of sitting there in a gown with no update, I called the front desk. They told me I was "next." I waited another 15 minutes. Still no doctor. No apology. No communication. Nothing. I finally got dressed and walked out. This was an absolutely infuriating and disrespectful experience. My time is valuable, and being treated like an afterthought is completely unacceptable. There is no excuse for leaving a patient sitting half-dressed in a room for over an hour with zero explanation. I felt ignored, disrespected, and honestly, insulted. If this office values its patients so little, I strongly recommend taking your healthcare needs elsewhere. This kind of customer service is deplorable, and I hope this review encourages the practice to take a long, hard look at how they treat people.

He and his nursing staff are great. The front desk receptionist chomps on her gum and chews and pops it the whole time she's talking and answering phones. If you have misophonia like I do... you'll need to avoid this office like I am going to have to do, as well.
