Dr. McNay took the time to assess, explain and provide a solution expediently. Her staff was very friendly and even though they were running a bit late kept me informed of my status on being seen.

The office staff here are professional, efficient and kind. I was able to be seen sooner than was scheduled because of a cancellation. Dr. McNay was great at explaining what the dry spots on my skin were, treating one that was potentially problematic, and making sure I knew how to avoid further sun damage. I feel relieved and informed after this visit and recommend her services.

Dr McNay and the Pleasanton Dermatology Team are amazing! Called for an appointment and was scheduled a few weeks out, but encouraged to call back on Mondays as people cancel over weekend and got an appointment the next day. Was greeted by a friendly staff, met with Dr McNay on time, and provided me a full consult. Had two minor procedures done same day and was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Saw dr. McNay a while back thought she was okay and close to home. I decided to go back to her. I scheduled 2 appointments in 3 months and I made those appointments months in advance. Tell me why both time I had to wait for almost 40 mins. I ended up leaving. I was so annoyed because the receptionist was never acknowledged me or apologize. They were kind of expecting me to just be patience. Sorry I don't have time for that.

Dr. McNay did an amazing job helping me with some skin issues I was having. She was able to meet with me shortly after calling her office, as I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. She listened to what I had to say and made a plan to resolve the problem and it worked!

I saw Dr.McNay for some persistent skin issues including angular chelitis. Her office is a well oiled machine and got me right back when I arrived. Her staff were very professional. Dr. McNay diagnosed the issue right away, discussed my concerns with me very thoroughly, and gave me a prescription which cured the problems within a week.Top notch doctor.

Dr McNay is amazing. Her office staff, also amazing. Any time I need to get in last minute they bend over backwards to get me in. Dr. McNay addresses all my concerns and have had nothing but a positive experience! Recently started botox and her cosmetic skills are outstanding. By far the best dermo in the tri-valley.
