After failing to book an appointment in another lab, I walked in without appointment and had my pre-employment test done within minutes at ARCpoint Labs of Pleasanton today. Scott's service is professional, efficient, and top-notch!! His lab is pleasant, welcoming, and clean! I will definitely recommend others to get the lab tests done at this place!!

Never book a test with this lab. They never delivered the covid test results within 48 hours as claimed. My travel and my friends travel is spoiled because of doing the covid testing through this lab. Scott hung up the call when questioned on not delivering the result. Very disappointing experience

I wanted to identify a family member. It had been a lifelong search. Scott and Aubrey treated me with such professionalism but also compassion because it was very emotional. I did not receive the results I wanted and Still they were even more so helpful when the results came back.

Scott the owner and his entire staff are top notch. I went there for the TSA Pre paperwork and everything was fast and easy. The entire facility was very clean and neat. Thanks for the great service and follow up.

Fast and easy. Painless process of getting my TWIC application processed. Ashley and Aly took care of the customers with professionalism and efficiency. I had an appointment at 2:40pm and I had shown up about 20 minutes early. They got me in before my appointment time but I had a hiccup in my application. Ashley and Aly did what they could to process my application and got me on the right track even after my appointment time. Thanks again :)
