List of Concentra Urgent Care's Reviews
I waited since 10:30 am to get care for work and they have cb web extending my time by 5 hrs so unorganized.
I went to Concentra for a preemployment physical and blood draw. I was told I could not schedule and appointment instead I had to wait. I was quoted a 90 min wait which took over 2 hours. Appointments should be allowed as many of us are coming from our jobs and don't have 2 hour lunch periods.
Customer service goes above and beyond. Extremely polite and friendly. Letting walk-ins have the choice to leave and wait for a phone call when the wait is going too be long was very convenient for me. And the nurse and doctor were great. It was a very good experience
Very Satisfied With The Staff.
Recently had to take a physical for work, I didn’t have an appointment, but everyone working there from the front desk to the nursing staff was very friendly and efficient. They had my physical done, and all my paperwork filled out much quicker then I expected for not having an appointment. Very happy with the service!
Good
When I got there I had already done the pre check paperwork. I was then given paper copies of paperwork to fill out with all the same information. What is the point with pre check paperwork if you have people do it again when they arrive. Seems very inefficient. My visit was for employment drug and physical testing. I was told they would be sudmitted the same day and they were not. 3 days later I called and was given the number for the testing facility and they told me my specimen was still in transit. Seems inefficient. I waited in the waiting room for 30 mins. So thy could collect for the drug test. Then I was taken back to a room where I waited for another hour before being seen. I could tell the Dr. knew he was behind and it took him 5 mins to do the physical testing. I waited and hour for 5 mins! Seems inefficient to me. I was on a lunch break which should have covered the time to get everything done. Instead it took over 2 hrs. I wasn’t rude to anyone and everyone was kind to me but it should not have taken that long to get these tests done. I was needing to start my new job today the 5th and there shouldn’t have been any reason that I couldn’t except for inefficiency. I now have to wait for an entire week before starting and has put financial stress on myself and my family. I realize that everyone will point to the other company for blame but I just want whoever will read this to know even if it doesn’t really matter and no one will ever think about it again and it gets buried in all the other comments. A family was greatly impacted in a negative way and it’s unfortunate. It could have been prevented. Sincerely HL
Jenna was amazing! Very professional and personable! Didn’t get the guys first name at the front desk but he was great too! The Dr. seemed rushed and done for the day
Everyone was very kind and professional.
At Concentra, the entire staff are the people who make every visit to the doctor feel welcoming and efficient. Their dedication, professionalism, and compassion ensure that patients receive not only excellent care but also genuine support. We’re grateful for the energy and commitment they bring to our community each day."*

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
