I used take my mom to see Dr Lai I’m not happy as he will not return any phone calls if you have any questions for him I must have left 5-6 messages for him also not giving enough time at appointment

I've been seeing Dr. Lai for 4 years. He saved my life. He knowledge of cardiology is excellent.

Poor front office execution.Couldn't get my prescription to pharmacy even after we did it their way i.e. electronically.8 days later I had to go to office and pick up paper prescription which I had requested originally. I asked his staff if I could talk to Doctor Lai about this and they said he would call back. This was about 4-5 months ago that call never came back.

Dr Lai is second to none, when it comes to patient care. If you need a cardiologist, or even medical advice, I thoroughly recommend his services.

I'm not sure what anyone else sees in this Dr (especially follow up and caring about his patients!) Fortunately my husband decided to change cardiologists and he is now with someone who has the knowledge, experience and excellent bedside manner---luckily he found a new Dr before it was too late!
