Dr. Auker knows eyes. He's amazing

Removed cataracts and installed a multifocal lens that helps both with distance and reading. Great results exactly as stated. Be prepared to wait in the office, but that's because he spends time with each patient to answer questions. Surgery was excellent. No pain and Hacienda surgery center was great as well

Dr. Auker has a great personality and over the past 57 years of needing glasses he and his staff have been outstanding in every aspect of treating and diagnosing my correct eye needs. I never feel rushed during an eye exam. I just had Cataract surgery and it was the most pleasant experience of such a very important and enhanced eye surgery, and I had every confidence in Dr. Auker. I have never experience any Dr. Like Dr. Auker he is the Doctor that the Doctors would go to. Also he has a way about him that calms you because you can trust him with your sight, it's hard to convey my thoughts, Dr. Auker is the Doctors, Doctor, it's just that simple and thank you Dr. Auker for your a excellent attitude and professionalism I'm very impressed with you and your staff. My optomologist referred me to Dr. Auker for the Catarac I had on my both eyes. He and his office staff were so caring about my eyes health. He suggested me to have surgery asap and also suggested me to have multifocal lens on my right eye and left to me to decide whether I want to have that with more out of pocket cost. I am happy that I choose to go with that. Now I see much better and more clear. Thank you Dr. Auker and your professional team of office staff and Surgery center. I don't know how to appreciate you enough.

Dr. Auker is amazing, my whole family has been his patient for a long time and where can you find a Doctor whom 3 generation family members love him and trust him. He's the best. If you think your eyes deserve the best, this is where you go. Yes there may be waits, i haven't experienced that myself . However when you are with him, you are the only patient hes thinking about and I like that. He just did my first eye for cataract and I was nervous, he talked to me all through the procedure and I don't know how he does it, but it help! He's meticulous . I went somewhere else first for a consult and felt like it was an assembly line and the after care wasn't like my husband had with dr Auket. Do I quickly changed my appt to Dr Auker. This is the best care you can get. Thank you for your attention and kindness, to you and your staff.

I put my review on Auker eye institute. Why there are two sites, I don't know. He is the best. Thorough, compassionate, talented and more than willing to answer any questions you have. I chose him for three reasons, he did my husbands cataract surgery and it was excellent care start to finish, I went somewhere closer first and the difference in attitude, and follow up care description made me feel this guy had no idea that the patient is talking about his EYES not a toenail .. and after my first evaluation , knwing I probably did Need surgery, he was amazing. The after care convinced me I had the right place, as did Dr Asker's demeanor. I'll let ya know how it goes. Thanks to the whole office

The staff seems to be challenged by the simple task of obtaining information from other doctors despite multiple requests and being given direct contact information. So, I obtained the information for them and requested a review to find out if my treatment plan changed. No communication from the doctor after two weeks and several follow-up calls. Furthermore, I waited 2 1/2 hours to see Dr. Auker at my appointment. When he showed up, he kept running back and forth to also attend to another patient in another room. No apology offered. The office also does not respond to the online contact form, and will not answer phones for hours or return calls. The message is clear - the patient's time is worthless in their eyes. Don't waste the effort here - it's an exercise in frustration to obtain care in this environment.
