Emily West's Online Review Report Card

Dr Emily West is caring and friendly and takes every symptom very serious. She takes her time with the patient and listen to our concerns. My daughters 10 and 4 years old love her. She is exactly what I look for in a pediatrician.

Dr Emily west and the staff are by far the best I’ve ever come across in the medical field. She spends time with the child thoroughly and doesn’t make us feel like an assembly line. I get so sooo sad every time a child of mine has to graduate out of her office. You seriously will not regret going to this office. Super clean and even more efficient and super friendly!

Dr West is one of the best doctors we’ve ever had. I and my kids trust her wholeheartedly. She’s listens and cares and gives ample time to us. She was great for preventative care but right now when we’re going through a major crisis she stepped up and made sure we were taken care of. She checked in regularly and pushed other doctors (specialists whom we were having a hard time making appointments with) to step up also. I’m very grateful that she’s been there for us. I can’t imagine anyone not liking her.

I love Dr. West and the group of Dr.’s but I was asked to leave the office and wait in hallway and asked to enter through a separate door, due to my service animal, My children have been a patients in this office for 3 years and the office staff (the same woman each time)has approached me about my animal before, this was the first time they specifically asked me to leave reception area because someone might be allergic to him. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I waited in hallway where a nurse or MA was speaking to me as she said she liked dogs and went to pet my animal at which time he was blocking and alerting me, I told her not to touch him as he is working. He is not a ESA, they did not ask me his task and he was wearing a special harness with a vest with visible Service animal marked. He is my medical equipment as well as a cane after I broke my neck and have balance and mobility issues as I am permanently disabled.If service animals are not allowed, it needs to be posted on the door, my animal has never caused an issue or approached anyone in this office. They could have just roomed me as we were the only patients at the time instead of asking me to leave they didn’t even allow me to complete the check in process on the kiosk. When they finally roomed my child I was as so uncomfortable with the way I was treated that I waited in the parking lot until my child’s visit was completed

Dr Emily West is a great doctor for our kid. Dr Emily asks detailed questions during visits, spends quality time with her patients and is truly concerned about well being of her young patients. She provides high quality care which has helped our family immensely. Thank you Dr West for your diligence!

Dr.Emily West comes off as rude honestly! She will talk over you when you’re asking a question as if she is hard of hearing or just flat out could careless. When attempting to ask her a question about my child’s vaccinations, she completely ignored me & continued to give unwanted information about her own son. Her bedside manners could use a lot of work. This was my experience & would not recommend her to any new parents or POC!

Dr West is a good doctor, with the potential to be great doctor. My Perhaps if she becomes parent herself she will understand children better. She comes off as judgmental at times and assumes things not stated.
