Ramford K Ng's Online Review Report Card

I finally am not fearing a doctor. Dr Ng is so nice and is willing to try a different path of seeing what might work. . Very busy office and the parking is awful.

This review is long overdue. My father suddenly had a heart attack last year and fortunately Dr. Ng was at the Valley ER at that moment. An angioplasty was successfully performed within 1 hr of admission and my father's life was saved. Our entire family is grateful to Dr. Ng for this timely intervention. However, the 5 -star review is not just for a fantastic procedure but also for the care that Dr. Ng provided my father after the procedure. We have had three appointments with Dr. Ng --2 virtual and 1 in person --in all appointments, Dr. Ng patience and compassion were apparent. He is a good listener and very considerate in his responses. Dr. Ng is young but extremely skilled and advanced in what he does and his advice and recommendation are very easy to follow. All the nervousness was gone when my father realized how positive it was being with Ng. Thank you Dr. Ng.

I had a pace maker implant performed by Dr. Ng from my first appointment with him to the completion and follow up he was courteous, clear and precise while explaining the implant procedure. His staff in the OR room and the hospital Staff were excellent.

Dr. Ng has been my cardiologist since May 23, 2013 when I had my first and hopefully last heart attack at a tender age of 47.  I've lead an athletic lifestyle most of my life time permitting aside from work. Yes, the HA was very much so an unpleasant surprise in my life.  That day...Birthday number 2, was filled with many events that changed the course of my life forever.  Many of them for the better and thanks to this doctor. I truly would not be here today if not for him....thank you Dr. Ng.  My family and I find great comfort knowing Dr. Ng gives his best to every patient every day with insurmountable talent and patience.  I am never hurried during my appointments and the Doctor always starts our visit with a brief conversation about our families because he knows that's truly where good health starts...at home with a balance to life...one of the many things I was fortunate to take away from my prescribed Cardiac Rehabilitation Therapy.   I am confident my heart and overall health is in great hands with this man.  I'm committed to his philosophy of practice and trust him entirely.  I'm sorry some of you feel the wait times for an appointments are long, yes they can be.  Please bear in mind he's either busy extending someone the same genuine courtesy for their health that your about to receive next.  Or just possibly he's been called into ER (unplanned of course) to save someone's life.  Talk about a lot on your plate daily! Doctors are humans, not robots.  <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2FDr.Ng&amp;s=e646fc2e2021b05a39dcdae80e9b6859c5cb73422bc4bf326f457efeb1138ee0" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Dr.Ng</a> must prioritize on the fly daily all while managing their own health and family...just the same as you and I.  Point is...he's worth the wait and folks need to keep perspective of what the man does for for us all.  Five stars...I'd give more if I could.  See you soon Dr Ng!

This appointment took way too long. My wheelchair bound father sat for an hour before actually seeing the doctor.

Dr. Ng has been my husband's cardiologist for about a year and a half.  Throughout that time, he has provided excellent leadership and care, making critical and careful decisions along the way.  We are grateful for Dr. Ng's willingness to listen and assess details quickly and decisively, without resorting to just adding medications or scheduling surgery to move us along.  We HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr. Ng is knowledgeable and compassionate. He collaborates with his patients versus dictating what they need to do. This approach works well for me. He is up to date on the latest therapies and studies to support an evidence based practice.

Dr Ng is an excellent Doctor for so many reasons. He listens, he is compassionate, he is brilliant, he explains questions in a thorough and detailed way a patient understands. He even has a sense of humor!  He is an amazing cardiologist and has seen me through several issues.  He offers all of who he is as a doctor and he does so with dignity and compassion!

Think twice before you see Dr. Ng.. Very unprofessional and has no responsibility whatsoever  in following up a patient whom he treated.  Had procedure complications and he never followed up! Hard to believe 5 star reviews..I would give no stars but I had to mark at least one.

Dr. Ng. is one of the best doc's I've ever met. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things in terms that patients can easily understand. I HIGHLY recommend him.
