Can't say enough about Dr. Rush and Dr. Payne's knowledge, expertise, and awesome surgery skills. Unfortunately, what was not a pleasant experience was the patient service i received from Tri Valley Orthopedics. It was almost impossible to get anyone from his office on the phone to ask questions about billing, appointments, and scheduling my surgery date. Natalia who is his surgery scheduler was rude and unresponsive. Dr. Rush did great work on both my surgeries but not getting a response from his nurse or office for 24-72 hours after leaving a message was frustrating and unprofessional.
