Very patient-centered care!
I went with my mom for her first visit there and the staff are super rude I regret switching her from PAMF honestly, the staff needs to learn how to deal with patients
I just fell inside their er as I was leaving. As a medical patient they made me wait 2 hours for treatment for shift change. Serious infection, not catchable, but no blood work taken? I'm on meds which compromise my immune system too. You need to fill out paperwork anytime a patient falls in your hospital period
Where should I start.. When my Doctor retired at Stanford Health Care , I was lost Dr. Chee was a great doctor who was a caring doctor who cared about his patients. I then get this doctor names Dr. Tarrah Farrah who doesn't show no empathy for her patients and was the worst primary care doctor I ever had. She also would lie about our conversations and back peddle to make me look like I did something wrong and it was her but she was the doctor so who do you think they would listen to, I complained several times but to deaf ears and got no where. Dr.Farrah would withhold your narcotic medicines that were highly addictive for 3 weeks or more past the due dates knowing the patient was a chronic pain patient with various ailments and knowing know the patient would have severe withdrawals and she didn't care or show no empathy towards the patient. I think she acted out of malice and showed discriminatory practices towards her african american patients. Stay clear of that name Dr.Tarrah Farrah cause she will not look out for your best interest. She gives Stanford Healthcare a black eye.
I was shocked by the experience. I was charged 2400$ for a visit where no examination or treatment was performed. The doctor didn’t even touch me, yet I received a hefty bill worst health care center..
I have always had a good experience at the Spine Clinic. All the staff are professional, kind, and helpful. The best thing is they listen to me and answer my questions.
Horrible
I hate this hospital so unethical and unprofessional. One RN named Michelle who works at night is GREAT!!!!! Everyone else suck. They literally had my daughter just waiting in a room, not checking on her, not offering her food etc….. I was told well she needs to tell us when she hungry. Really????? Thanks for the messed up hospitality and you work to care for patients.
I had a simple hip replacement surgery with Dr Crow and now the surgery side leg is at least 1 inch longer than the other one!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! That is supposed to be a preventable mistake. The worse thing is that nobody is taking responsibility for helping me to deal with this terrible situation. In the meantime I am experiencing an awful lot of backaches. I am very sad and upset over this. Was a mistake not to have done the surgery with someone else.
Don't ever go to this place. I was in the worse pain ever. (Dr Wong) touched my back and said it was a strained. Umm I have a bulging disk hitting a nerve. I told him I need a mri. I am going to boomerang health care. Will get my mri. Prove the doctor wrong. He should not have his doctors license. He doesn't know anything about backs. I will share my results in here once I get them. And prove them wrong. It's funny that he can touch my back and say that my back is strained when I have a MRI that got taken in July 2023 saying I have a bulging disc hitting a nerve. I ain't good with numbers but I know it's something to do with my L4. This doctor knows nothing about backs I don't know why he was even my doctor. He acted like he was going to help me helping was giving me some muscle relax. I told him I didn't even want pain medicine because I do not like pain medicine at all. I went in there trying to get help to figure out what's wrong with my back now I have to go to boomerang healthcare and get MRI at tri valley. Once I have the proof, I will definitely dispute this because this is ridiculous someone is begging for help, and the doctor has to Make something up. If my back had a strain, I would know I would not be in the hospital. I never go to the hospital because of this reason this is why I never want to go to the hospital again I knew this was gonna happen I even told my wife. All they do is want your money. It's the first thing they do is try and get all your information to see how they're gonna bill you they don't care about you all. They care about his money just like every other Hospital. I'm so glad I can go to boomerang healthcare tomorrow and go get my MRI and show this doctor what's actually wrong with me and then I will have To let his manager know that he misdiagnosed me. I handle pain really good and when something is wrong with me, I know: I am 100% positive that he is wrong but he does not want to listen to me. He thinks he knows my body better than I know it.(highly recommend not going to this place. If you have any back problems, I would definitely call boomerang healthcare. This is what I should've done in the first place, but I listen to my wife, but she was just trying to help me out for the fastest solution: Sometimes the fastest solution is not the best idea. I am not that person that thinks pain medicine is going to do the answer. I am against pain medicine. I am the person that wants to get my problem fixed not to make up that it's a strain because trust me if it was a strain, I would know, and I would not be in the hospital, please stay away from this place if you have any back issues

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
