Cassandra was so friendly and helpful! I’ve been going to this office for years and the office staff has never been friendly until today. Cassandra went above and beyond. Dr.Liu is really wonderful and helpful.

Not impressed with Dr. Lui’s beside manner. He explained things to me but not in detail which I would have liked. Friendly enough but he could do a lot better. I now have questions I’ll have to call him on.

Dr Liu has been treating my 93 year old mom for spinal stenosis & compression fractures. Impressed with his patient manner, he gives her options for treatment & is considerate of her opinions and limitations.

Let me begin by saying I have been a patient of TVO for several years and have had nothing but great experiences with Dr’s Stein and Rush. Unfortunately this was not the case with Dr. Liu. After waiting over 45 minutes he walked in and his greeting was “Hey”. No introduction, no sorry for the wait, nothing. Proceeded to tell me that he looked at the X-rays and told me there was probably nothing that would help shy of surgery. I said I was not interested in surgery. Don’t know if Dr Liu is a good doctor or not but his attitude toward a new patient leaves a lot to be desired.
