List of Jennifer Biglow's Reviews
I sought treatment with Dr. Biglow for my rosacea, and it left me feeling hopeless. She seemed very impatient to listen to my concerns, and berated her assistant in the office in front of me because no one had taken a picture of me yet that day. That was the best of my experience with her. The first prescription she gave me for my rosacea actually CAUSES acne, and is not recommended for people with rosacea as it makes it worse. Seems like a pretty massive oversight for someone with a medical degree. Then she told me besides that, there was nothing else she can do and I just have to be gentle with my skin and basically hope it doesn’t flare up. I’m aware there’s no cure for rosacea, but there are ways to manage it with medical care. She just seemed like she could not be bothered to help, like I was a waste of her time. I have never in my life felt so dejected by a medical professional, and I felt just as bad for her poor staff.
Scheduled appointment for my mom three times. Every time something happened and doctor couldn't see her. No respect for elderly people.
The staff was very friendly when I arrived. My appointment was on time. when I saw Dr. Biglow she took time to know me. When I explained why I was there she immediately diagnosed my condition. The treatment she prescribed worked just as she said. Overall a great experience and a great outcome.
I saw Dr Biglow in 2016, concerning hair loss and a lump on my scalp. Our conversation started at hair loss and I told her about the lump while she was taking notes. She said that is to be left for another visit, we're talking about hair loss. Through a dedicated dermatologist at the U, I found the lump was stage 4 breast cancer. Biglow knew I had breast cancer in the recent past, but when confronted she said the lump was not in her notes. She is arrogant and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend
I've been a patient of hers for a number of months. She seems rather disinterested in finding a solution to my case other than pushing medication that is making me ill. I've asked her each visit when I'll see progress and she refuses to discuss details with me other than "it'll be a few more months". She hasn't asked how I'm feeling, thinking, pain levels, etc. I'll be seeking another dr.
she's a fantastic doctor
Took one look at me, immediately started writing out prescriptions and then promptly left/cut me off when I tried to ask questions....
I agree with the other reviews - she doesn't have much time for you. I asked her questions that were never answered. She told me to call in a week for biopsy results. Amazingly she's been gone this whole week and I might be able to get the results next week. I guess I'm not very important. Will be asking for a different doctor in the future
She was rude, arrogant and ahe lied directly to my face. The only thing I have experienced that was worse was there front desk staff. Unbelievable
Best doctor I've seen in a long time :)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
