If I could give Dr. Aaron Linh Nguyen 0 stars, I would! My father was recently referred to him by his regular MD because his urine showed blood in it. He has various health conditions that may be the cause but we wouldn’t know it because “Dr.” Nguyen didn’t even take 5 minutes to speak to my father about it. He proceeded to tell him that what he needed to do was to just exercise and the he would be ok. Nguyen didn’t bother to investigate further with any additional tests at all, no urine test to at least eliminate the possibility that the blood in the urine was a fluke. He completely dismissed my father. His bedside manner was rude and completely lacking, which may be due to the Dr. underestimating my father’s intelligence or worth as a person because he is a native Spanish speaker. As his daughter, I am writing this review because a brush-off like this is completely unacceptable.

Good service, short wait time, attentive staffs. I was in and out of there very quickly, that includes scheduling my surgery and pre-op screening. Thumbs up so far

I was referred by my primary care physician regarding an elevated PSA. Dr. Nguyen answered all of my questions, and very clearly explained his recommendation, which I decided to follow. I experienced Dr. Nguyen as listening carefully and making the best recommendation for my well being. I look forward to returning to Dr. Nguyen in the future, if necessary.

My wife had kidney stones removed and we made a follow up appointment a week later at 2:30pm to remove the stent. After waiting for 2 hours Dr Nguyen spoke to us for less than 5 minutes explaining that it was now too late in the afternoon and to avoid any complications we should make an appointment for early afternoon to have it removed. Nevertheless we were send a bill for this Doctors visit. I called in and also followed up with letters but still we were getting bills for this visit. The lady in Accounts (who I spoke to 3 separate occasions) said she will take care of this matter as we shouldn't have been billed at all. Now we are getting bills from a Collection Company for non payment. Also today we got another bill for "No Show" on a phantom appointment. Given the level of bad service,probably this Office is trying to make up for lost revenue by charging for non service/visits. AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
