I arrived here in the heavy rain and wanted to make an appointment to see the doctor, because no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t understand English well, so I came directly to the clinic, and the front desk said to call to make an appointment, and I said my English is not good, Can you help me to make an appointment for seeing the doctor? She said no, only one way make an appointment by phone, so I left again in the heavy rain. If the doctor's purpose is not to help patients see a doctor, but the rules made to block patients, then this doctor has not provided from the perspective of patients at all. Not convenient service, but exercising the right of the individual to make the patient obey his rules.

Very busy office, the longest wait time is in the lobby. Once in the back staff is attentive and Dr. Chiriboga sticks his head in to let you know that he knows your here and will be back shortly. Once Dr. is in the room he asks questions, listens intently to your responses and will listen to other issues you might have. Dr. is personable, kind and reassuring with his words and actions. I find it reassuring that not only does he ask you questions but he looks back through your chart to see what else has been addressed and find out wether there is any lasting effects.

Been taking my daughters here for 5 years now. My experience with the doctors have always been friendly and great. The impressions I've always had with my visits to this place though is that either most of the staff and nurses don't like their jobs or just don't like dealing with patients as other reviewers stated here. Expect to wait up to an hour after your appointment and another hour to see the doc. Weren't for my experience with the doctors here I would've gone somewhere else by now.

It was wonderful to finally be with a group of doctors whose staff answers the phones and are able to assist you. Dr Chiriboga is absolutely amazing

Dr. Chiriboga is a great guy. Very personable. The only drawback is that I had to wait at least 1 and 1/2 hours before being called in to an exam room. He's way to busy. This is discouraging me to come back anytime soon.
