I called 10-22-21 to make a appointment I was a returning patient .after holding for almost 25min Juliana told me I wasn’t on file to have my doctor send the authorization again, and my blood work . I called my doctors Monday 10-25-21 to send the fax she sent it while I was on the phone with her . I gave it time and called back on the 26th following day , I spoke with Juliana again after holding for 30 min this time she stated she never received my fax to have them fax over again, I called my dr she sent it twice again and said it went through. I called back and all of a sudden Julian finds my file and tells me she got the fax and it’s the wrong code because I’m a returning patient . So I have my doctor change the code and I called back today 10-27-21 and I’m placed on hold again for over 10 min my break is 15 . I had to hang up I will never get a appointment here and that is all I was trying to do since I called Friday . Horrible customer service staff is so rude . We may have to wait a while, but Dr. Konca is definitely worth the wait. She treats both my husband and me. We never feel rushed. She explains everything thoroughly. We both see her for thyroid issues. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes it may take more than one call to get a prescription or an issue resolved, but persistence and kindness pays off. They are a busy office. We used to drive to Beverly Hills to see an endocrinologist but he retired and fortunately Dr. Konca was close in distance to where we live. I recommend her for her medical knowledge and caring attitude. We have never had a problem with her staff as others have mentioned. Sometimes it is difficult to get through by phone, but just don't call during their lunch hour.

After that, I just waited and waited… then sent to the other waiting room and waited and waited. Peeked out to ask if I was gonna meet the doctor. I never want to waste my time coming to this place ever again. Came early than my appointment to sign some papers. My father was experienced high blood glucose for 3 days (450s) and she never called us back to advise us what to do. Went to the ER. Still waiting a call back.

AWESOME!!! Finally a doctor that actually care about her patients. Pomona office is awesome everyone is so nice. I recommend this Endocrinologist.

I've tried to make repeatedly to make an appointment first time I was on hold for 40 mins called back only to be put on hold again for 20 mins called the next day 3 separate times exactly the same time when I explained to the person who answered the phone she said nothing and put me on hold again so I called my referring Dr and was able to get assigned to a different specialist at a different office.
