So all the comments about the piss poor office staff. Dead on 100% correct. I hade a follow up appointment and canceled and will never see this doctor again. And I didn't have any issues with the Doctor but the office staff needs training in a big way.

I've tried to make repeatedly to make an appointment first time I was on hold for 40 mins called back only to be put on hold again for 20 mins called the next day 3 separate times exactly the same time when I explained to the person who answered the phone she said nothing and put me on hold again so I called my referring Dr and was able to get assigned to a different specialist at a different office. UPDATED REVIEW:Ive discontinued ALL my hypothyroid medications and I feel absolutely wonderful.  I didnt understand that what I was complaining about to the doctors, were the side effects.  But then Dr. Konca didnt address this either.  Upon quitting all meds., the following completely dissipated:  Excessly dry skin.  Dry eyes that I began seeing an optometrist about and they wanted to insert plugs.  All I had to do, was stop the medications from Dr. Konca!  Increasingly difficult to manage weight gain Ive lost 20 lbs since quitting meds.  Fatigue and sleepiness.  Thick headedness.  Dry mouth.  Overall feeling unwell.  The next endocrinologist loved my lab results also and didnt want me to stop the meds either.  I cant remember the reason I started taking them in the first place oh, yah, I was fatigued.   Sometimes the cure isnt worth the disease it is reported to control.WAS:Ive had enough of the office staff.  They are overwhelmed, I give them that.  I cant get a refill on my meds in a short period.  Its really difficult getting through the phones.  I dont have suggestions of how to make everything work better.  Dr. Konca:  I continue to put on weight even though my Tyrosint medication gives her great blood lab results.  I have hypothyroidism.  Surely, there must be something in addition to this that can be done about my hypo!?!  But over the years, Dr. Konca cant offer any additional advice.  Its time I find another endocrinologist.

I have seen Dr Konca once since I started going here but that’s really ok because her PAs are amazing. Recently I saw Marina unexpectedly because my original PA Sean had left. I was experiencing a life altering event at the time and Marina could not have been more comforting. She had amazing bedside manor, took as much time as I needed and answered each question without judgement. On my next visit I saw Vanessa because Marina was out for an emergency and again I met yet another PA with incredible bedside manor. Vanessa sat and spoke with me not just about my endocrinology issues but my infertility issues as well. She actively listened to me, addressed all my concerns and NEVER shut me down. It was refreshing and exactly what I needed at that time. Often times you feel as though you’re bothering doctors with your questions but Marina and Vanessa absolutely do not make you feel this way. I am so lucky to have these three amazing people on my team. Thank you!!!

Good Doctor. You have to wait 3-6 months to be seen and wait 10-15 minutes on hold every time you call. Good doctors are hard to see I guess!

Where do I start!? Awful, awful disrespectful office staff (on hold 16 minutes)......orders were to be faxed 6 days ago.....(actually before that)...they were incomplete..... I can't even go get these tests done even though my insurance has approved them because they need to be refaxed to be legible, but they never called to make sure that they were received and then chew me out because I'm upset!! .... . I'm tired of waiting for things to be done right, these are important exams....my life is on hold.... I'm changing them as my primary.........go elsewhere if you need anything else except endocrine care!

I schedule appointments over phone and they always say I don't have appt or they always change time of appt., eventhough the office Manager scheduled my appt! They truely see patients depending on ins type (unfortunately I have Medicare hmo).

Rancho Cucamonga associate was very rude when asked a simple question. never going to that office ever again. Pomona office is way better.

after many years seeing dr konca ill take that back you do not see dr konca only a np. dr konca is aways out of town pushing one of her dietary powders or other non medical items. the office staff in rancho cucamonga ca is clueless. so after many year i asked to get diabetic shoes since she said i was diabetic.i made an appointment  with the people who order the shoes they fitted me for the shoes but needed dr konca to fill out some  medical forms required by medicare. after several weeks the forms were returned to the people who fitted the shoes the forms were filled out incorrect. they needed to be correct and completed  when i complained to her staff they said dr konca would send in the additional requested information.this was confirmed by the people ordering the shoes.on june 6 2019 i was informed by the shoe people that dr konca would not be sending any forms since she was discharging me from her clinic .i called  her office and they confirmed that i was discharged from  her clinic.what a joke very unprofessional dr. and staff . she could care less . remember dr konca doctor do no harm do not see this doctor if you care about  your health. she is to busy doing other nonmedical things.jim s.

I agree 100% about the front desk, especially the girl who works the window. Not only is she clueless when asked a question, but will totally​ ignore you as you are signing in. When she takes my copay or checks my insurance​, she has yet to smile or say hello.Love Vanessa and the staff in the back!!! This low rating is strictly​ based on the front desk in the Pomona office.
