Dr Kagwa is very seasoned and knowledgeable. People may say her age is an issue but she is like loving grandparent. Love her staff and small home like environment. My kids love her and so do I.

This person hit my car while I was sitting in my car and when I told her that she hit it she straight out denied it and told me to prove it. When I showed her the scratch she said this is a Mercedes Benz you know. Like my car was any less. Then I started recording her and told her I was going to put it on social media and she said I was just trying to cheat her. I went behind her car to get her license plate number and she continued to backup like she was going to hit me with her car.

She is a horrible doctor she just in it for the money

Doctor is impatient and doesnt talk clearly to patient or family member. No follow up bad communication. My self and my children didnt like her. After waiting forever in the waiting room they send you to another room to wait an hour So glad I changed doctors

She honestly needs to retire. Everytime I see her she always tries to refers to the last time she saw me but Ive only been to her office 3 times and the first time was only for a physical. I thought maybe she was getting me confused with someone else but Im sure its because of old age. She always tries to convince me that nothing is wrong with my kids. Everytime I see her I argue with her. She would rather take the easy way out and tell me my kids are fine rather than helping them out.

I love the staff. I felt the doctor never gave enough input on the situations i was concerned about. She always would saybecause u have to burp her or assume that we didnt burp our daughter because she had the hiccups. For every question we had regarding her health she would say to just burp her. i felt she never listen to us about our concerns. Also they never answer theyre phones. i have called three different days to schedule an appointment and it says to leave a message and they will get back to us but i never get a phone call back.

My daughter was a patient there for about 6 yrs. I loved the dr but the staff there is bad. They dont do referrals on time...it took them about 8 months to refer my dr out...every time I questioned them they told me the referral expired that they had to resubmit...they did that 3 times. I finally called my daughters insurance and I was told no referral request had been submitted... I went in to talk to the supervisor and it was like talking to air...she ignored me and walked away...I finally change drs but now they wont transfer my daughters records they say they dnt receive the request when I have seen the received fax receipt and showed it to them... I requested to speak to the dr but that Asian supervisor keeps telling they dont have time to send out my daughters records nor to talk to me the dr is too busy seeing patients....if u have a choice to choose a different dr please do so... If u dnt good luck to
