King Yee Yu's Online Review Report Card

Has the worst customer service and they are never in the office and cant tell nobody what hours they will be there I wouldnt recommend him to anyone

Bad english does not address my concerns very good staff.

Dr. Yu is been my Dr. for 30+ years. Those many years should tell you everything.

Dont bother. Theyre rarely available. They disappear midday for long lunch breaks. What happens if you call on a Friday afternoon? Nothing until Monday morning.

Dr Yee he is a great Doctor He is always to the point and very detail about both of my parents health or need. Thank you Dr Yee for keeping my parents in a good health at all the time

I had to file a complaint today with the DCA regarding this doctor. I was assigned to Dr. Yu from my insurance and not by choice. This doctor does not let you speak hes loud and gets extremely loud  and aggressive in attempt to help you. Every time he came back into the room he spoke louder and was aggressive acting like there was something wrong. I became so scared and started to shake as I looked him in the eyes and asked him to please stop yelling. He yelled at me that he is trying to help me. I dont know if he was having a bad day or he was rushed or whatever but I have never had a doctor speak to me like this or yell at me. His aggressive tone the patients coughing and the one women in the waiting room gagging like she was about to vomit did not help. Of course my blood pressure was elevated I wanted to get out of the office and the nasty waiting room. I was only here for a physical for work and the doctor started demanding tests ekg blood work etc. I grabbed my papers and literally ran out the door with the doctor continuing to yell at me from the doorway. In no way was he helping He needs a psych evaluation. Not at all compassionate calm or collected as a doctor should be. Please be careful This is not at all the way a doctor should be. Of course he was talking nice and quietly with his other patient in Chinese so I honestly do not believe this is just the way he speaks.

Office is basically operating out of the damn stoneage. Can I email my records to you so I get that referral I urgently need? No. Can I bring it in on a USB after you denied me emailing it? No. I have to FAX it like anyone has fax capabilities in 2019. So I would have to pay for it because free fax sites have like a 2 page limit and my labs are 3 pages. How many times should a DISABLED PATIENT ON MEDICARE have to PAY and go out of his way because this god damn dinosaur doesnt know how to use email? You walk in the office and they dont even have a computer behind the desk. All the ladies there that work in the office just sort of shrug and imply that they too are stuck dealing with this.  He is a solid doctor but he is OLD and today is the day I literally walked out in anger. It was bad enough that he doesnt listen to patients and instead automatically goes ahead with his own ideas if you dont speak up. Its hard to convince him to do what you need to do. If you are the kind of patient that actually wants to be in control of their care or move forward faster than a Brachiosaurus google medicare physician compare to search for another PCP. This isnt a medicare problem because most of my medicare doctors will let you bring in your own records to speed things up.

The ladies running the front desk are friendly and very helpful. The woman who works in the back office was unprofessional rude and loud. Although I will admit she knew what she was talking about. If you like getting yelled at. The Dr. was rude and did not seem to care about what I had to say. My son needed to see a specialist. One that was in or nearby Pomona. He picked one in Monterey Park. Long story short..Have to start all over with a new doctor.

Old school practices which I love about this doctor.

Was told they were reasonable and helpful. Poor English.   Bad staff manners. Wont review electronic media. Ghetto
