Not happy. Have been a patient for many, many years and called at 11am with UTI symptoms. Left message with front desk. Didn't hear back from Nicole until 3pm stating she needed to hear my symptoms to bring to Dr. Butler, so she could let me know what I should do, but at after 7pm still hadn't heard back from anyone at office. I guess people with infection symptoms aren't a priority. I had to enlist the help from my pharmacist to get some relief and get through the night. Only heard back from pharmacist next morning with script finally being called in. Still after two weeks have not heard from office. Needless to say, I will be calling my insurance company to find another Dr.

We became Dr Butler's patients after our Primary Care Physician, Dr Roger Hall retired. After beng under Dr Hall's care for 25 plus years, its challenging to develop new relationships with any new doctor. Dr Butler was highly recommended by our pain MD. We find Dr Butler to be a highly knowledgeable and caring physician, who goes out of her way to provide you with thorough care. She has been there for many difficult medical experiences. We highly recommend Dr Butler as our Primary Care Physician. Her specialty is Internal Medicine.

I have been seeing Dr. Lisa Butler for at least 15 years. She has always been the same patient, great dr., spends all the time necessary to evaluate you and to see what your illness is that brought you to theDr. Very thorough when working with you and never in a hurry or impatient with you, you can take all the time you need. Staff is the best very nice.

Everyone has their own opinion but I found that Dr. Butler explains things carefully and doesnt rush you, even if shes very busy. Shes attentive and friendly too.

She is always in a hurry. Makes you feel like you are part of an assembly line. She is rude, cold, mean. I always feel stressed when seeing this doctor. You can tell she is totally burntout! As far as her doctoring skills go questionable at best!
