M. Jay Porcelli's Online Review Report Card

I just cannot find a medical provider who can even closely compare to the individualized interpersonal caring and compassionate care received from Dr. Porcelli and Team. The Dr. that I did find in Lad Vegas retired after the first year. It has been difficult every since.

This is the Doctor who listens to you addresses your concerns has vast medical knowledge so that your symptoms can be accurately treated and your health restored. By far one of the best treating doctors I have ever had in my life.

I saw Dr a Porcelli for years until A couple years. I couldn’t take the rudeness of the primary biller who broke Privacy rules did not know how to bill as well as didn’t know basic specific Medicare billing rules. The billing was inaccurate which it was up to the patient to prove as office said they weren’t responsible to prove the office wouldn’t see me until they received each payment from insurance every time it was in their hands but not recorded. I had to prove payment in office by calling insurance myself. Procedures were billed that were not provided. I was required to be seen monthly but law only required 1 every third month. When I had a PPO Dr referred to me as a platinum patient that is until I had Medicare. Does not know how to coordinate benefits. Had to show office how to complete paperwork. I was billed for an item insurance rejected. Dr is brilliant his bedside manner is erratic and he complained about reimbursement policies during exams.

Dr. Porcelli was great He’s always got a ready smile and a bit of humor to make you feel better. I have a chronic condition with no cure. Without his knowledge and understanding I would have continued to get worse. With his help I’m stable and able to live a more enjoyable life. I highly recommend Dr. Porcelli.

Dr Porcelli cares and is willing to listen while you tell him about all of your aches and pains. If he knows you need a referral the doctor will point you in the eighth direction.

Love Dr. P Such a caring guy. Lisa and Darin are also great. Small but very busy office dont be dismayed if you call and it goes to the machine try calling after 2pm

Worst person ever behind a desk. I hope the Doctor reads this. I have been calling since Sept 1 to schedule an appointment I should have known something wasnt right when she answered the phone with Hello. I asked if this was Dr Porcellis office. She said yes. I Said I need to schedule an appointment she said she couldnt and the office manager would call me back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I even went down to the office to schedule an appointment and the girl said she couldnt and someone would call me. Twenty days later and still no appointment. To the girl with long black hair I think you need another job where you can just stand around. Maybe sign twirler? And if you are not doing anything maybe clean the waiting room. It looks untouched since 1977.
