I’ve called 10 times and they immediately place me on hold or hang up. I’m just trying to schedule an urgent appointment!

The most incompetent humans I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with, and I’m an ER Nurse, so I have see a LOT of stupidity. How they’re functioning adults is truly beyond me, avoid this office at all costs to save yourself the headache of having to explain healthcare to them. If you don’t have an advanced medical or law degree to understand how to advocate for yourself, you will never, EVER, get ANYWHERE with them.

Dr Pulakanti at the Pomona location on Park is great. He's easily accessible, returns calls when needed, and prompt on sending Rx to pharmacies.

This office is HORRIBLE & so are the people that work here. They never answer the phones or the recording says they are closed when the voice-mail says they are open. The Doctors are rude & care only about money . This place is pretty bad...

I had the worse experience with this office. I never saw my Dr Reddy only assistants. 3 months of pain and never got any relief or direction and instruction to head with my issue. Tried phone calls and usually put on hold for extended lengths of time. My insurance offered me another Dr. And one visit he had me seeing a Physical therapist, approval from insurance to get a MRI, Appt with a Heart Doctor and regular blood work.

The worst at responding to patients . Rarely do they pick up the phone or call back You need to be more responsive to your patients

I have been coming here for years and feel very confident with the care I receive here! The Drs. And staff go above and beyond to help the patients. The Dr. are very knowledgeable and I am treated with respect and very caring here ! I am glad to have them as my Drs and they have always helped me! Would recommend them to people who want a good Dr and a caring staff !

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would! Went to my 1st doctor appointment to be able to get a referral to see a orthopedic doctor. The appointment was made for 8am i got there 10 minutes prior, All the gates were locked NO ONE answered the phone and when they finally opened the gates at 830am the receptionist said I was late. After explaining the situation she declined to let me be seen, I said I would wait and still got declined services. They made me an appointment for the following week and NEVER gave me a courtesy call to remind me of the appointment. So sad to see people not willing to help the helpless

I'm actually sad to see alot of the reviews. I was just explaining to my friend that she should move her doctors to here, because they are always ON IT. I have never had a problem with the doctors NOR the girls in the office. I recommend this place. My referrals always come in quick, and it is always an easy experience over the phone as well as in person.
