good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. the doctor is great, the front desk either needs more people or to be trained better.

Nothing wrong with clinic it’s the front desk staff who are lazy ! Don’t Answer or leave you on hold/ hang up in your face . They need to replace those lazy broads who don’t want to work

Once you get an appointment the doctors are great, they know what they are talking about and take good care of you, BUT there's a huge problem when you call. My last visit 2 WEEKS AGO I was "prescribed" a steroid cream for my eczema. My pharmacy advised that they never received the prescription, which always gets sent electronically, never has been a problem with that before. So, I have been trying to get a hold of the clinic every time someone answers they say Park Tree please hold, no time to respond and they put you on hold. I patiently wait on hold FOREVER and nothing. Today I waited 45 mins just for someone to answer and hang up on me. I immediately called back and its 4:22pm and now the machine says thank you for calling we are currently closed!!! Here I am stuck with my eczema and no prescription. Horrible service I work in office environment, and I never treat my customers like that not even on our busiest days. So, upsetting I will be looking for a new clinic!!!!

Yo e ido 3 veces y las 3 veces me atienden A la hora de la cita que me dicen. Me an atendido muy bien las secretarias ,enfermeras y doctores muy amables y especialmente el joven que saca la sangre para los análisis cual quier pregunta nos contesta y todos muy serviciales Espero que por los anteriores comentarios será otro personal. Por mi parte los recomiendo y los felicito a todos los trabajadores de esa clínica

I would give them ZERO stars if possible . Extremely poor service all the way around! They are more concerned with meeting their quota than offering appropriate care! I would NOT recommend these clinics.

Located Next to Indoor Valley Swapmeet, staff are ok, different doctors everytime you go, be careful of vehicles as the people driving DO NOT CARE FOR PEDESTRIANS, REFERRED BY MEDI-CAL
