When I got to Dr.Marwaha’s office I realized I didn’t have the right card to pay the copay, so I asked if I could pay by check and the lady nicely said no. Then I asked if they could bill me, she said she will ask someone who is in charge of the billing I guess! She came back telling me that they can’t bill me the $25 co pay because I’m a new patient. So, embarrassingly I turned back and left the office. When I got to the car I found the right card in my handbag but it was too late for me to go back in because I was feeling appalled with the lack of empathy that they showed. They knew I was visiting the doctor to get a referral to a gynecologist since I have been having discomfort in my lower abdomen! A few weeks back my son went and saw them to get a prescription and with out thorough checking Dr. Marwaha prescribed a higher dosage of anti depressant Because that’s what my son wanted! I was not pleased! He was with the doctor no more than 7 mins. Once I got home I immediately called my insurance company and canceled Dr. Marwaha and chose another doctor for my husband, my three children and myself.

Dr. Marwaha had been my doctor for several years now. A doctor with personal touch! Shes just wonderful.

Dr. Marwaha is very knowledgeable and takes her time with you in the office. However, the phone receptionist is extremely rude and won’t listen to reason why calling. She doesn’t seem to like people and shouldn’t be in front office.
