Yes as others have said she is rude. Sad thing is she is probably a good Dr and knowledgeable but because she has no bed side manners people get frustrated with her. If you ask questions she gets upset rolls her eye and says O LORD!She says she is the professional so basically you have go in there only answer questions and do what you are told. She needs to retire or get on some.meds herself so she has more patience.Her staff though is amazing and she runs the office well. Easy to get an appointment too but WOW she is a pill. I have 2 special needs family members and have delt with many many doctors never had one like her. Also this has been on multiple visits cause I would tell myself maybe she just had a bad day. Nope thats how she is sadly.I have an HMO very limited options for Endo the other Endo Dr Kona has her own issue and her office is horrible at following through.I am stuck with Dr Pradan but if you can find someone else pls do.Yes as others have said she is rude. The receptionists kept me on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up on me. And now they are out to lunch.Dr. Pradhan is the best. She takes her time and explains everything in detail.

Dr. Rita Pradhan is terrific! Very understanding, and listens to concerns. I immediately felt at ease during my initial visit 3 years ago. I felt confident in my receiving expert medical care for my Thyroid Disease. The staff is great too! I highly recommend Dr. Rita Pradhan.

Dr Pradhan was extremely rude during my visit today. Zero empathy. Zero compassion. Did not look up anything as to why I was there, asked me what medicine I was taking and how much, then said ok you need more bc blood work shows it isn't working. I've only been on it 2 months and she didn't compare my last labs from my primary or look at the reason for my visit, which was a set of biopsies that were irregular. She said you need to go back and get another biopsy bc of 2017 it was OK. I said I just had a biopsy less than a month ago and that's why I'm here for you to decide what needs to be done next. She sighed like I was bothering her and when I called her out on it to see if she would like to be treated like this, she said no. I asked for my money back and will not ever go back to this rude doctor. Shouldn't a doctor research why you are there and get the info before she walks in the door? Treated like a number, not a human with health concerns. So disappointing.

Had her back towards me and nose in the computer while treating me. She mentioned about medications but found later she was going to wait. Communication skills are very poor. Too several times to get a medication right and had to get my sister involved, sister is an RN.

Was more concerned about stepping on my primary doctor toes then treating me. Was rude & Impatient. I'm a PPO client but she did not want to treat me. I do not recommend her to anyone.
