I came to write a positive review of my mother’s Dr and happen to read past comments we also happen to have an appointment the same day as him with the neighboring office. What was not told in that exhausting rant is the fact he was yelling at the front desk. Every educated person knows nothing is done without a referral baby as the MEDICALLY TRAINED medical assistant had tried explaining to you.Back to my review. Staff is very courteous and compassionate. Anytime my mother has a question they are quick to help. DR Jones has a tough exterior but will tell you exactly what you need to know. I have not even seen the doctor because I can't seem to schedule an appointment due to the Receptionist that keeps answering the phone. She has a very passive aggressive way about her. After having to deal with her twice, I was considering going somewhere else because I truly believe the front staff is a reflection of the physician. I didn't want to judge the doctor off of his passive aggressive Receptionist. Even though I didn't want to have to deal with her in person, I was considering giving the doctor a try. Which is what brought me here. Looking at these reviews, it looks like I'm right about the staff being a reflection of their leader and I'm dodging a bullet. #SorryNotSorry

Wish I could give this “Doctor” zero stars. He is extremely rude and unprofessional! My Mom had the worse experience going to him. He literally yelled at her during her visit. He complained because my Mom didn’t tell him about the time she was previously seen by another Doctor for the same issue.. something he should have seen when looking at her file which he should’ve done in the first place. I feel horrible for the staff working in that office having to put up with this horrible attitude.

I’m not sure how this guy stays in business! I was very unimpressed upon my initial visit. The doctor was cold and seemed like he couldn’t get me out the door quick enough. He gave me a quick analysis of my issue which sounded like a broken record that he rehearsed a million times. Upon todays follow up visit, I was told by the young receptionist who has ZERO medical training that the doctor would not see me because I was not using my cpap machine. I explained to the receptionist that I recently acquired a Mandibular device from an orthopedic specialist whom advised me to ask Dr. Jones to request a 2nd sleep study. The receptionist told me that Dr Jones would not request a 2nd sleep study without a referral from the orthopedic doctor. In addition, she did confer with Dr. Jones nor allow me to speak with Dr. Jones upon receiving the aforementioned information. Unbelievable how this your gal with ZERO medical training can make that determination without speaking to the doctor. Upon leaving I contacted Dr Stevens an E.N.T. Doctor from Upland who requested a 2nd sleep study from my insurance company just from my simple phone call. I will never return to Dr. Jones office nor would I ever recommend his office.
