Really bad experience! I took my daughter to get covid 19 test for school. I did on Friday today is Thursday and I didn’t received results yet.

Made an appointment at 1:00 pm didn't get seen until 4:40 to only get vitals checked.. then put back in the waiting room... called my name once more finally to be seated in a room you would not believe I'm still waiting an additional 20 minutes ... meanwhile staff is getting their belongings and going home, the "doctor" finally knocks and walks in..tends to my concern for a brief three minutes tells me "hmmm it's probably nothing try "anonymous" see if it works, if not.. remember to come back next week because we're unable to make an appointment because we're closed. they're very unprofessional to where you hear them mocking and making fun of their own patients with each other... "don't get me started on the restroom it smells like a Porta potty it's just as dirty as one..luckily the toilet flushes or that bathroom will be called one. It blows my mind to think that we wait to be seen, treated and cared for by these people this is not a good place to go to, especially if you have issues concerning your health.

Not professional you can hear the judgments behind the phone call on how much they hate a certain patient there are a lot of young people working there sometimes these young folks just aren’t mature enough to work at a docs clinic , the therapist I missed one of his calls and I called him back left him a messaged and after that I never heard of him ,reason 3 the wait is ridiculous they need to learn to manage there scheduling I keep going back and forth becuse the MA’s forgot to put it in the computer but the worse part is that they have you scheduled all your appointments outside of the clinic if you are refered to another place you have to do it your own and the mailing letter takes 2 months to get to you instead of then do it for you whic would be the proper way that’s how we do it for everyone as a medical assistant myself

I do not have a good reference from me that this clinic has incompetent doctors, especially Dr. Zambrano Fiorella.

If you have an appointment don't expect to be seen until hours after your actual appointment. I don't recommend for anyone to come to this doctor's office, the main doctor is really rude and doesn't want to hear what is wrong with you. He keeps talking over you and doesn't really care to hear what is wrong. I got a phone appointment at 9:40 in the morning and the doctor didn't call me until 6:30 p.m. at night! I understand that they're busy helping people but was the point of giving an appointment if you're going to call them whenever you feel like it.

The worst experience EVER. I went there on a Wednesday at 9:30am was told to come back at 11am showed up at 11am with a really bad sore throat. Then I was told to go get tested even though I’m vaccinated. They told me a doc would call me later that day. NO call so the next day I go back in and they tell me my Covid test is negative and a doc would call me. Again NO call so I went back in and was told a doc would call me the following day @ 11am well by 11:30 I still hadn’t been called so I called them was told a doc would call me between 3-5pm I was in so much pain called off work 3 days now and I’m being told to wait till 3 pm so I wait 4:30 I call them today is Friday btw so I’m told he will call me by 5;30 we’ll it’s 6:30pm and NO call. How unprofessional expically being medical providers .

Very very helpful staff!! Great at helping out I gotten my covid test here many times there so. Sweet and explain everything to you!!! Good job as it should be especially in medical field thank you all Godbless
