I took my baby to find out what was going on with a lot of different bumps he was getting throughout his body.Dr. Begovic did not even TOUCH my child to find out what types of bumps they were, simply said it was either fleas or bed bugs. After I told her I had already checked for that throughout our house, she just repeated herself and left the room. She did not even check any of his vitals and literally looked like she was scared to touch my son. Horrible experience and this is the last straw, his las physical was the same thing. The best Doctor I have been dealing with. Professional fast smart 👌 5 Stars

I needed to search Dr. Begovic online for an unrelated matter and I noticed someone left her a 1-star review, dragging her average down quite a bit. Interested, I read the review and it was some jack ball whining about "racism". Of course. My advice is to ignore that review for what it is. My experience with Begovic is she is straight and to the point. She also listens carefully when told of a serious matter. Also, absent a compelling reason not to, she generally goes along with a patients preferred method treatment, where options exist. That's rare! Ignore the whining snowflake and give her a chance.

Poor bedside manner, barely looks or listens to you, gone in a minute even if you have so many unanswered questions. Saw her twice. Very irritable, always rushing you but the staff and the wait time is pretty good.

This woman is something else! I am not clear whether its just incompetence or racism! I went for an annual physical. First meeting, she got labs on me and her office called me later to review the results. She immediately wants to put me on cholesterol medications (which I refused...every diagnostic process has an algorithm, doctor should give the patient time to correct lifestyle/diet first etc) After that, I told her I had issues with my ear, I schedule an appointment to go see her. I get there, the medical assistant runs my blood pressure and its a bit high. The woman decides to start a diuretic (water pill) and does a urine test for AMPHETAMINES! I AM LIKE WTHECK? She did not even try to follow any of the diagnostic and treatment guidelines for hypertension, at the minimum (JNC8)!! She put me on a medication (hydrochlorothiazide) that studies have shown is not even recommended! Chlorothalidone is 1st line treatment after 3 ambulatory BLOOD PRESSURES! JUST FYI DOCTOR!

My wife and I have been with Dr. Begovic for approx. 12 years. She has always given us time to actually talk and explain in detail the medical issues that brought us to her. She has provided us with any referrals and medications that we have needed. My wife has extremely high blood pressure and she can not take the several types of meds she needs to control the BP due to her having severe reactions to two of those meds. Therefore, she can only take one BP med and that does not do a complete job in handling the problem. The doctor has even phoned our home to check on my wife's BP issue. When my wife had what would have been a simple outpatient surgery for most people, Dr. Begovic went to the hospital early in the AM to personally advise the anesthesiologist of my wife's severe medical reactions to most pain and antibiotic meds. We have NEVER seen any regular family practice physician take that kind of extra efforts and steps to care for us. Dr. Begovic has taken many actions and efforts to assist me with my several different medical issues. - I would recommend Dr. Begovic to anyone seeking a family practice M.D.
