The one star is for the receptionist they are nice . But Katherine the "Doctor" no starts. She is very unprofessional. She is no help on getting better but she is very good at giving medication even the medication you don't need in my experience. i won't trust her with my health or my family health.
Por mi parte he tenido exelente atencion de parte de todo el personal
*BEWARE* I went here because I needed a referral for my daughter because she had an accident and brokeher arm. We had to do an appointment with the doctor over the phone, the doctor didn’t even show her face and the video kept breaking up. Anyway, a day later cps comes knocking on my door because they suspect I broke my daughter’s arm. I’m more than certain this place called on us.. they didn’t even see my daughter in person but somehow still decided to call cps on me. Ridiculous and a waste of time.
These clinics are the worst!!!!! May sister is pregnant and who knows how far along she is she's being trying to get an appointment first with the Pomona about 3 weeks at this office they denied seeing her. Which is sooo discriminating! You cannot deny service to a pregnant woman first of all. All because her insurance is still pending. I'm sure they offer some time or emergency insurance. I went there when I was pregnant 4 years ago and the were helpful. The staff probably changed and now making things so complicated. They didn't help her at all. She then went to the Euclid office this morning and they told her she wouldn't be seen because an employee gave her the wrong date and time. And she was off today. This is ridiculous... why are the women at clinics so rude and treat there patients, new patients like crap! DO NOT GO TO NONE OF THESE CLINICS! It breaks my heart knowing that my sister is going through this with her first baby on the way. It is extremely unfair, disrespectful and unprofessional!
I been blessed to have my favorite doctor and my favorite office lady's who helps me and understand me alot with in the two years To thumps up I would not trade this doctor office at they do help you out and get your appointment going and much more..
I love going to unicare in pomona they help you out and get you what u need I give them to 2 thumps up and 100 percent on the staff no matter how or what they have your back I love my doctor she understands my pain and how I feel bout my health...I wouldn't change the staff there they are awesome.....
if i can give ZERO stars i definitely would! my daughter was in so much pain, i was able to get my daughter in the same day which was reasonable on a Friday my daughter had no insurance but the front office lady with glasses that takes care of dental made me sign an income based paper to see if i qualified for medical depending on my income or if i had to pay for the consult and procedures. at first the lady with glasses said it was going to be 120$ and additional 38$ for one xray and if my daughter needed more xrays the price would go up. that lady then told me her medical was fine and was able to give me a cheaper price which was 45$ for everything and i said ok im willing to pay, didnt want to see my daughter in pain. a few minutes passed she then told me that if i didnt want to wait she could of given me my money back and i could of gone somewhere else. in my head i thought is this lady crazy?! my daughter was crying over my shoulder there was no way i was going to leave. she was only given antibiotics and pain medication and was referred out. horrible service! i then later went to the pharmacy and i had asked how much was it going to be for the medication because in my head i had the thought i was going to pay cash since i had paid at the dentist. the pharmacist said she had medical with no share of cost. i was so mad. i dont even know why the front office lady would even charge me??! i then checked medical's website and she had active coverage since that visit on Friday. called back on Monday to explain my issue to the front office lady and another lady answered and she told me that 45$ is the fee for a person with no insurance. so pretty much i got the service of a cash patient and i dont know where the 120$ came out of. the lady was maybe giving random numbers. she does not know how to do her job and then i was transferred and was put on hold and was hung up on. the front lady does not want to work or just doesnt know how what she is doing. never going back there again!
I wish I could give ZERO stars but unfortunately I can’t do that. This place is super UNPROFESSIONAL! Waited for 3 hours for nothing! Please don’t come here. Don’t waste your time like I did!
the ladys at the front office should not be working there, they have no intention of being polite. girls just quit your job. they are jealous if your a girl but if your a guy? these girls go after them like thirsty dogs. so unprofessional

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
