West Coast Dental Of Pomona's Online Review Report Card

My experience at West Coast Dental was a real mixed bag. Cynthia was absolutely wonderful, patient, thorough, and took the time to actually explain everything I needed to know. She made me feel like a valued patient and is the reason I would consider returning. Valerie, on the other hand, was dismissive and showed little patience or willingness to explain things. At one point I felt like I was being treated as if I didn't even have insurance, with no courtesy or respect extended to me as an actual client. Good customer service should be consistent across the whole staff, not just from one person... A Big Thank you to Cynthia upfront her knowledge of her dental office schedule, operations and expertise.

Had a root canal done here and was really happy all staff are very nice definitely recommend West coast dental. The Doctor was really nice I loved toni she was great very helpful talkative always with a smile. And also Dr pham awesome Doctor very friendly.

I have had the best dental experience here for my kids. Dr. Pham and staff have been amazing. My daughter has been well taken of. They are very attentive and accommodating. Glad I found this office. I will definitely recommend West Coast Dental to anyone looking for a new Dental office. Thank you to all the Staff and Doctors who have made this experience great. ​

Be ready to wait, my appointment was at 10 AM. I arrived at 9:45 AM. I didn't leave till 1 PM. I only got x-rays done. The employees were nice, not sure if I'd come back due to such long of a wait and having nothing done . The employee did mention that the oral surgeon was there and they were sharing rooms but come on why overbook people or book the oral surgeon when you know you have patients to take care of. Parking is easy, the dentist is in a good location.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM and arrived prior to my scheduled time. Despite this, I waited approximately 20 minutes while other individuals who arrived after me were called first. This appeared to occur after I inquired about when appointments would begin, which was concerning due it's been 20 minutes. Additionally, I would like to address the level of professionalism at the front desk. Staff members were engaged in loud personal conversations that could be clearly heard by those in the waiting area, including inappropriate remarks. "Stupid brother" and "cutie patotie brother" . There were also comments made about a colleague not performing her duties correctly. These types of discussions should be handled privately and in a more appropriate setting. Saying how she's not filing paper work correctly. Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional. I believe that punctuality, organization, and maintaining a respectful environment are essential in any workplace. After calling in all the patient before me. I left the office due the amount unprofessionali in many aspects.

I recently had a full teeth cleaning and scaling and a dentist did a fabulous job. I am going back next week so that they can replace a crown that has been damaged after 15 years. I think that the office staff was very professional and very experienced I was very impressed with the Care that I received there. I am an electric wheelchair and they were able to fully accommodate me. They take HealthNet dental care, a.k.a. Dentical. I highly recommend them. The dentist was very gentle and very kind as was his assistant.

I most definitely do not recommend this dental office solely based on the experience I had with Lupe. She discussed financing with me and I went back to get my treatment. She decided to go talk to the receptionist about my chart and laugh about it in front of a full lobby. My husband just happened to be in that lobby waiting for me and heard everything.

Toni is the bomb!!! She always listens and helps and explains and takes care of me. The ladies in office are all super nice and help with making sure you get your appointment and get the most for your insurance.
