Visited Dr Chien at Facey Medical for my daughters 5 year old annual checkup.I highly recommend Dr. Chien and his staff. He is professional and caring not only for your little one, but for you too. He is knowledgeable and also good at calming new parent's fears and take the time to answer all your questions.

Had a rude receptionist pick up the phone and tell me I cannot come see the doctor and told me I need wait 2 months. She told me I am not allowed to make an office visit unless my baby had a problem which is complete nonsense

Dr. Chien became my grandson's physician at a time when he was traumatized and in need of a very understanding doctor. Dr. Chien is that and more. He's kind, attentive, a skilled diagnostician and very good with children. I consider us very very lucky to have found him and to have kept him as my grandson's doctor for the past 3 years.

I had Dr. Chien myself for several years when I was younger and he was definitely an amazing doctor. I always looked forward to my next appointment instead of being afraid like most kids. Hopefully one day I can take my kids to him !
