In my opinion, I felt more like another File being pushed through the office for billing purposes rather than a patient. I felt like she was only following the books rather than listening to the Patients experience and symptoms. Medicine and Symptoms are not a one size fits all. Listen to your Patients. They know their bodies best.

Staff is rude. God forbid Front desk has to answer some questions over the phone. I just hope the doctors realize how their staff behaves when they’re not around

i really like dr kwon and i highly recommend her.... so far i only have annual physicals as i'm 39 but i am happy with my visits. i always receive timely results
