The doctor is great to deal with. However his Porterville staff do not answer the phone unless you are banging on the door . THey don't even have a machine number transfers to like a giveaway recording unless they decide to work and anser it. They do not give the doctor information you provide to them. They are also very rude. A good doctor needs a good staff to provide quality care.

I went in for a follow-up post surgery and the hardware is sticking out of the ankle. He abruptly and rudely stated he was leaving the country that evening for a month and ordered the medical assistant to rewrap my ankle with the bloody splint and wrap and had a colleague take over my case and he left no orders for the hospital to draw labs and get antibiotics started. I have never seen such negligence in my life. I ended up getting my foot and ankle amputated due to recurring infections. Run away from this doctor. RUN!!!!!
