Amazing experience for a number of years for myself and my kids. I would recommend Dr. Tanus and staff without hesitation. I saw some negative past reviews about front office staff from a number of years ago, but that may have been some turnover. Their office staff is phenomenal now!

Front office staff is great. Dr. Tanus is thorough, asks questions on what’s working currently for my condition. Treats symptoms aggressively and maintains my input for treatment. Is respectful, courteous and has a great sense of humor. Communicates well with treatment plan for condition!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tanus for over 12 years! I was seeing another allergist in town and my health was failing. Changing over to Dr. Tanus was the best positive change I did for my allergies. I am grateful for his diagnosis and treatment of my condition. He listens to my questions, clears up any confusion and communicates the best course of action.

Was unable to get an appointment because staff was unable to look up my Medicare number, which works flawlessly at other doctors. Staff was rude and unapologetic.

The office staff is terrible and argumentative. They refuse to make family appointments and to accommodate single mothers. Take your business else where! The staff is and office manager are thoughtless and rude.

I was referred to Dr. Tanus to help treat my Common Variable Immune Deficiency (CVID). The staff is very friendly and take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Iv'e now had several appointments and each time I notice they work quickly and in a timely manner to get me back on time. Which is great! I recommend everyone to visit Kern Allergy! Office staff in Bakersfield is horrible. Many have power complexes. Will not give messages to Doctor; make decisions without doctor's approval; not helpful, treat patients with disdain.
